The taxi driver will then have the apartment key with him and will open you the apartment door.

Location
In the heart of the Marais, two steps away from the Place des Vosges and right opposite the Picasso Museum, this apartment enjoys an exceptional site for vacation rentals in Paris. The population of the Marais are smart, kind but relaxed and are called 'Middle-class bohèmes' or 'Bobo'. They know how to live well and to behave. Very multicultural, the Parisians of the Marais appreciate the foreigners and visitors, and many of them speak English. This district is one of most residential and prestigious. To walk in the streets during day or night is very pleasant and without particular danger. It is completely possible to walk to the Museum of the Louvre, the Tuilleries and the BHV (Bazard of the Town hall) from the Paris short term flat.
Thorigny Street is a small lovely paved street. The closest metro station are Chemin Vert, St Sébastien Froissart, Filles du Calvaire and St Paul.
Standing
Located on the ground floor of a beautiful building. The access is made safe by a door code, and the apartment itself is very safe as the windows have been secured with metallic bars.
Layout
This lovely 25sqm apartment has been organized with much taste. It offers a maximum of comfort.
It features a nice bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower and the toilets, and a fitted kitchen.
The entrance gives on the main room. It features a sleeping area with a double bed (140x200), a desk where you can comfortably sit to work, and a dining area with a high table and its two purple high stools. You can also plug your Ipod,Ipad or Iphone in the dock provided.
You will find storage space behind Charlie Chaplin and also in a wardrobe between the bathroom and the kitchen.
You will also appreciate the large flat TV with DVD player. You can watch it from the bed and also while sitting on the two armchairs.
This studio is bright, the mirrors give more space and light to the main room. You will notice the beautiful woodwork and the French floor-tile, perfectly matching contemporary features.
This studio is perfect for a single person or for a couple. If you look for a cozy pied-à-terre at a very fair price in the heart of Le Marais, then you just found it ! This will be a perfect nest for short or longer stays.
