Localisation

Paris vacation rental that is exceptionally well located in Le Marais, only a walk away from Rosiers Street, St Antoine Street and Place des Vosges. St Louis Island is just 5 minutes away and so is Cité Island. You will have the pleasure of discovering that all the shops around only sell quality products, whether you feel like chocolate, wine, cheese, restaurants, cafés, clothes or any other typically Parisian goods. The nearby ‘la Rue de Bretagne’ has an indoor market, le Marché des Enfants Rouges. Here you will discover a very picturesque and unexpected side of Paris. It is a real oasis, a village within the capital. The main touristic spots are nearby : Picasso and Carnavalet museums, Pompidou centre, the Louvre, Notre-Dame etc. The neighbourhood is very safe during night and day. This location is very convenient in terms of public transport as well.

Standing

The building is in the style of an old Parisian apartment block with a door code for safe access. The Paris studio is well situated on the ground floor with windows that look onto a calm interior private garden.

The Paris studio rental is 25m2 and has been carefully designed with a purpose built corner kitchen and a spacious shower room with fitted units. It has a double bed, in a mezzanine style (with a four-step ladder for access) and a divan, which can serve as a third bed for this lovely Paris apartment.

We stayed for one week at 112 Rue de Turenne. The apartment was perfect for two people -- it had all the necessities and provided easy access to food shops, restaurants, and the Metro.

We've rented this appartment twice now, we like it a lot. It's very near Republique (several metrolines)and in the middle of the Marais, a very lively and lovely quartier in Paris. The appartment is good for 2 persons, it's fully equiped and the bathroom is big when you relate it to those in hotelrooms or other appartments. The building is quit with a little cour. We've spend time there in juillet and in november at both periods it's good, cool in the summer and the chauffage is working well in the winter. If it's possible, we would spend our next holiday in Paris again in this appartment! With compliments and merci beaucoup a paris address and the owner of this sweet home.

This apartment is very very very lovely! The location is perfect, next to the Metro Station and surrounded by comforts; the neighborhood is quiet but also full of shops. The apartment is perfect for 2 people, well equiped and comfortable, even if it is small. Itâ€™s atmosphere is very intimate. We would stay there again in our next holiday in Paris!!! We strongly recommend this solution if you want to spend a week (or more time) there!!!

We spent eleven nights here from Christmas over New Year's. As the other comments state, it is perfect for two people...everything you'd need for a stay. We liked the big bathroom and washing machine (!). Highly recommend the apartment and the location.

I definitely recommend this apartment! Perfect for 2 people, and we even had a friend sleep on the futon when she joined us for a couple of days. I will most definitely stay here again. Clean, great location. Loved it!

This is the 4th different apartment I have rented from Paris Address. This is a very good location and a nice size for two people. It has good metro access and best of all is very close to famous chocolatier / patissier Jacques Genin, just up the street at 133 Rue de Turenne.
