Location
In the heart of Montmartre, the location of this Paris apartment rental is on Constance Street. This is just off Lepic Street, a charming market street where you will find everything that you could expect : excellent bakery, butchery, cheese shop, restaurants and supermarkets. Everything is concentrated here in order to satisfy every wish. You can enjoy a quiet and pleasant neighbourhood and you will have a chance to discover the real Parisian life. The streets are safe and some lovely strolls are waiting for you on the ridge. By subway or by bus, you will be really close to the centre of the city and to the main tourist attractions. The closest metro stations to this Paris apartment are Blanche, Abbesses and Place de Clichy and it is very conveniently located for several bus lines as well.
Standing
The Paris apartment is located on the 1st floor of a good standing bulding secured by 2 doors accessible by a code and a key. The windows of the bedrooms overlook the street and double gazed windows make it really quiet. The dining room looks onto the courtyard, whixh is also really calm.
Layout
This 46sqm apartment in Paris has been recently renovated. It has 2 separate bedrooms and a dining room. The first bedroom has a double bed (160x200) and a large closet. The second bedroom has a comfortable sofabed (140x200) and also a large closet. This bedroom can also be used as a living-room if you are only a couple. These two bedrooms, simply but harmoniously decorated, are accessible from the dining-room, where a large dining table will easily accomodate 4 guests. The kitchen is fully equiped and open on the dining-room. From the main room you will access the bathroom (equiped with a walk-in shower and the toilet). This beautiful apartment can welcome up to 4 people. The 2 separate bedrooms will ensure 2 couples total independence and intimacy. You will truly appreciate the meticulous decoration, a real play of colors and objects that have been carefully chosen.
