Layout
This 53sqm apartment in Paris has two separate rooms : the bedroom and a spacious living-room/dining-room.
The entrance opens on a corridor that leads to all the rooms. Opposite the entrance door is the living-room. It features a sofabed where one person can sleep (130x200) but two persons can sit on, a coffee table and armchairs. The dining room is open on the living-room. It has a dining table for up to six guests.
The furniture has been carefully chosen and comes from all over the world! The statues, paintings and decoration items all convey a relaxing feeling.
The bedroom is at the end of the corridor. It is not that spacious but large enough for a double bed (140x200), a desk with a chair, a flat TV screen and a large built-in wardrobe with mirror sliding doors to store all your clothes. The windows of this bedroom overlook the courtyard. You will sleep in a very quiet environment.
The fitted kitchen is small but functional as well. It is just next to the main room and opens on the corridor (it has a sliding door to separate it from the hallway).
Right next to the kitchen is the bathroom. It is not that spacious either, but features a walk-in shower and a washbasin.
The toilet is in a separate room, next to the bedroom.
Two other closets open on the corridor.
This quiet and spacious Paris apartment can sleep up to three people. Similar to some other Paris apartment rentals, it has traditional French features with moldings, marble chimneys and a wooden floor. We are once again delighted with the service and quality of apartment offered by Paris Address. Montcenis was a cosy apartment with a view in a quiet neighborhood just down the hill fra Sacre Coeur. The Metro was pretty close by. The interior made us feel very at home, and as though we really lived in Paris. The kitchen could use a touch up, but otherwise we liked it enough to consider living there again next year. It was so nice to experience the "real" Paris, and not some packed, touristy area. There are some really good restaurents in the area, and very cool creative types frequenting them.Read this comment on Typepad

We had a wonderful stay at 59 Rue Montcenis! It is a fabulous neighborhood and the service of Paris Address was excellent. Our communication was simple, meeting our contact went smoothly and the apartment was great. I love that the kitchen was stocked with a few cooking necessities-oil, vinegar, spices so I did not have to go out and buy all these just to use a few times. Our contact took time to make sure we understood all the appliances, neighborhood, metro, and was most gracious. The whole experience was wonderful and I would highly recommend Paris Address to anyone visiting ParisRead this comment on Typepad

We thoroughly enjoyed our Paris apartment! The photos on the ParisAddress site do give an accurate impression of the apartment. The apartment is peacefully quiet, the loudest noise being the pigeons cooing in the morning. Some unexpected difficulties: a) water was turned off 9am - 4pm two days in a row for construction, b) the circuit breaker popped unexpectedly three times in one day, the day we learned that the emergency number forwards to office voice mail not a live person, and c) the sharpest tool in the kitchen is a pair of scissors -- bring your own sharp knife!Read this comment on Typepad
