Rue Francoeur 28 in Montmartre is a good location - nice and quiet at night, but close to a Metro station and close to Sacre Coeur. The apartment is good and well furnished and matches the description on the website. We thought it was good value for money. We thought the service was very good - quick to answer e-mail questions, and 'mature' - we did not have to pay an extra charge for a baby cot and everything was included, our contact said that you also do not count cutlery and glasses at the end in order to charge us a few euros - we appreciate this kind of attitude and in return, we made sure that we looked after the apartment. I say - high marks for service - we would recommend you and in fact we will do to anyone we know planning to visit Paris. The only thing that bothered us was when we arrived and there was nobody there to meet us - our contact was not so late, but with young children and being strangers to Paris, it was not a good feeling - we had no idea if anyone would turn up at all and wondered if we were at the wrong address. The phone number we had was on answer service. You must make sure someone is there on time - you should wait for the customer, not the other way round. Overall, we think you have a good idea - we would use your service again and will recommend to others.

Our arrival at FRAN28 was simplicity itself (we used the dedicated taxi service) and Axelle was there to meet us. This apartment is in a good position - quiet area with grocery shops very close by. Easy access to Metro and the rest of Paris. The attitude of the agents to whom we spoke, was first class (see slight exception below). However, the website photo of the apartment does not give the correct perspective of the lounge area; there was not enough room to open out the dining table to seat 4 people without moving the heavy sofa. The sofa is only just a 3-seater, comfortable but too big for the room size, with no other easy chair for the fourth person. Only way to cure this would be to replace with smaller furniture. On the other hand the bedrooms are large and comfortable. The kitchen needs updating in that the sink was in a terrible state - cracked and worn - not nice to use, and under-cupboard lights and some sockets in the kitchen did not work - pointed out to agents. During our weeks stay we did not appreciate finding a post-it note on the front door from an anonymous neighbour telling us (in french) that something was leaking and that they had had enough - once translated this was passed to the agents who dealt with it. Then we experienced 24 hours plus without electricity which again was dealt with by the agents - it would have been better if it could have been dealt with more quickly. After a tiring day in Paris, no heating or lighting in the apartment, and hungry, we did not appreciate being asked by the agent to stay in in the evening to wait for an electrician - who eventually did not arrive at the stated time - but I am sure they have the same problems in getting hold of an electrician as we do in UK. Nevertheless, this should have been dealt with by the agents and not involved us. We did not let this spoil our enjoyment of the week in Paris. Eating out in Montmartre is easy - we thoroughly recommend Le Delis Cafe, 13 rue du Mont Cenis, or La Maison Rose - excellent food and service at very reasonable prices. Despite the problems we had, we would use Paris Apartments again - but next time we will check the actual size of the rooms and the furniture that is available.

We had a great time. The apartment was clean, the bedrooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable. The sitting room was tiny but big enough for the three of us and we liked the african-inspired decor. We really enjoyed the neighbourhood- a little supermarket, bakery and a great bistro across the street. The 'paris apartment-rental' service was perfect but was not put to the test as everything worked and we had no complaints. We would book the same place next time, no question!

We were met at the airport by the pre-booked taxi and were shown round the apartment on our arrival by a friendly representative from Parisaddress. We liked the flat and it was close to shops, brasseries, the Metro and, of course, to Sacre Coeur. It was a good size for 5 of us. We might have struggled if we had been cooking for ourselves as the kitchen and eating areas are small. Since our stay was a relatively short one, we didn't want to spend time in the kitchen and were out much of the time, enjoying the sights and sampling the offerings at cafes, boulangeries and brasseries. The return home was very smooth with the taxi arriving punctually to take us to the airport. I would certainly book via Parisaddress again
