There are several great playgrounds within a short walking distance of the Paris flat. 3 close-by movie theatres showing movies in original language are also within walking distance. Access to buses is very convenient. The 95 bus will past the opulent Opera Garnier and the Louvre, to St. Germain des Près and Montparnasse, but also to shops located on Rue de Rennes or rue Saint Placide or to department stores such as The Printemps and The Galeries Lafayette. The 80 bus will take you across the Champs Elysées, then across the Seine and onto the Eiffel Tower and Napoleon's Tomb/Les Invalides.
The nearest metro stations to this Paris rental apartment are Place de Clichy (line 2 and 13), Blanche (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) and Lamarck Caulaincourt.

Standing

Located on the ground floor of a lovely Haussmannian building. Access is secured by a doorcode and an intercom.
This ground floor apartment is higher than the ground level. Therefore you will have more privacy than in real 'ground floor' apartment, just as if you were living on the 1st floor.
The apartment has three levels.

Layout

This 70sqm apartment can sleep up to fives guests. It has three levels and two separate bedrooms.
The entrance gives on the main room, a bright and lovely living-room / dining-room. The living area features a double sofabed (140x200), a coffee table and a large flat TV screen. The dining area has a dining table where five people can sit.
From the main room few steps will lead you to the smallest bedroom on an upper level. It features a single bed (90x190) and a desk, perfect to work in a quiet environment and still keeping an eye on the main room thanks to the opening on  the wall.
From the main level, if you walk down few steps, you will first reach the fitted kitchen, open on the main room.
Downstairs you will find the master bedroom, the bathroom and the laundry room.
The master bedroom features a king size bed (180x200) and a wardrobe. Even if this bedroom is on the mezzanine floor, it is still a bright room as it has windows giving on the outside.
The bathroom features a bathtub and the toilets. It is just opposite the bedroom. The laundry room is on this floor, in an independent room, with a washer and a dryer, large enough for you to store your suitcases.
