For those looking to rent a Paris apartment located in the 6th district, in the full of heart Montparnasse, 5 minutes walking distance from the Jardin du Luxembourg. Montparnasse became famous at the beginning of the 20th century, referred to as les Années Folles (the Crazy Years), when it was the heart of intellectual and artistic life in Paris. It is a very lively area with many restaurants and cafes. The most famous are the Select, the Coupole, the Rotonde and Closerie des Lilas. The closest metros are Vavin and the Port Royal RER. The major tourist sites are less than 10 / 15 minutes away from this Paris rental flat by subway.
Standing
Building of good standing. The apartment in Paris is located on the 6th and last floor with an elevator. The access to the property is secured by a digicode and an intercom.
Layout
50 m2 Paris apartment recently fully renovated. It is organized around a large living room with an open kitchen. A small table allows you to have dinner for up to 4 people. In the living room, two bench beds allow two additional sleeping places, perfect for children. The view from this room is quite amazing. No "vis a vis" and west exposed, you never get tired of contemplating the roofs of the city from your Paris apartment and the lively Montparnasse below you. The bathroom has a shower. The bedroom has a double bed (14 * 200) and a small dressing room to store your clothes. The windows are double-glazed. In conclusion, its location (two steps from the Luxembourg Gardens), its view and its recent renovation make this Paris rental apartment perfect for those who want to discover the true Parisian life in a central area that is not too touristy.

We truly appreciated the service provided by ParisAddress of being picked up at the airport and taken directly to the apartment. It made our arrival very smooth. The apartment has been totally redone and I enjoyed a brand-new kitchen. It is located in an old building and in the summer with the open windows you may experience noise from the street, since it is located at a busy intersection. Overall it is a lovely place to use as your Paris address!!Read this comment on Typepad

Outstanding company to deal with, fun apartment...best decission we made was to arrange an aparment for a week. Cute apartment, lots of space for the two of us. Clean and the kitchen had everything you would need. Outstanding area to live in with easy access to bus and subway. Great shopping and rest. in the area. We stayed here for 6 nights in May 2010. WE loved the location and the ease of getting aroudn. There are a few great restaurants in easy strolling distance (a few blocks) and many many more within walking distance (1-2 miles). The apartment was clean and was completely adequate for a week's stay. I thought the bed was hard, but my partner loved it, so must be a preference! there was a good amount of shopping right near by - a grocery store, cheese shop, wine shop, delicious bakery - all within a block. The apartment is newly renovated, very bright, extremely convenient and very well located. Vavin metro station is across the road.
