For any arrival after 8pm, you shall reserve a taxi via our taxi partner company from your arrival location.

The taxi driver will then have the apartment key with him and will open you the apartment door.
This will cost you no extra fees except the taxi fare.

Localisation

Located in the neighborhood of Montparnasse and Saint Germain des Près, this charming "pied à terre" available to rent will seduce every Paris addict! The area was one of those prefered by American people during the 20th century, with many artist studios and public gardens in its surroundings. You have the benefit of your Paris apartment being close to two lively areas with many shops, markets, restaurants, cafes etc, while still being in a calm, peaceful environment.

Second floor apartment to rent in Paris with two rooms and totalling 400 sq.ft. It has a separate kitchen that is fully equipped . The main living room is equipped with a sofa bed and a table allowing six people to dine. The bathroom combined bath/shower. The bedroom has two single beds and looks onto the cul de sac "Passage d'Enfer". A wonderful apartment to rent while in Paris that ensures comfort as well as a great location.

J'ai été très satisfaite par la location de cet appartement pour des amis de passage en France, malgré un probleme de chauffe-eau qui a été fort heureusement résolu grâce à votre service hoteline. On constate que l'appartement est bien entretenu ce qui est appréciable ( ce n'est pas toujours le cas via d'autres prestataires). Je n'hesiterai pas à le recommander et à faire appel à vous le cas échéant pour loger parents et amis. En vous souhaitant une bonne année, Catherine

O apartamento serviu bem para as nossas 3 noites em Paris, mas o sofá-cama que tivemos que montar na sala ocupava muito espaço, tornando-a muito apertada (para mais tempo teria sido difícil...) De resto, a localização era boa, estava limpo e o preço, tendo em conta os preços de Paris, não foi exagerado. Tencionamos voltar a usar o Paris Adresse numa outra viagem a Paris.

The heater in the ktichen still not working. The apartment was freezing. The sofa was stained. nothing to wash the floor. Sofa once opened in a bed leaves no room in the flat. Windows all cracked in the kitchen no chance to warm it up. Internet connection was very slow. For the rest a nice flat, great position and serves a short stay in paris.

I was very happy with the appartment, especially the location in the middle of Montparnasse. It's also very quiet which is important in Paris. The equipment of the appartment is not the newest one, the sofa in the living room is very uncomfortable even to sit in and the toilet makes an unbelievable noise.

This is a nice, comfortable apartment in a good and safe neighborhood. Very convenient to Raspail Metro and easy walking to Montparnasse and market at Edgar Quinet. I did have some problem with slow internet and kitchen faucet needed to be repaired and that took 3 days. For some Paris apartments, this has more room than several others. Very quiet... Staff at Paris Address helpful.

The 5th time we've rented an apart from Parisaddress and again we've enjoyed our stay. Perfect location and a nice apart with the seperate bedroom. The apart would like a fresh painting and the kitchen is a little bit dated. I didn't like the separate beds in the bedroom and the mattrass. Yes the toilet makes a terrible noise but once used to the sound it's ok. The shower was terrific although the bathroom is little. The building and the cour are nice, exactly what I search for à Paris, so overall nothing to complain, it was worth the price.

his apartment is in a really great location...only a few steps away from the metro and a Franprix (mini grocery store). It faces a courtyard and a pedestrian street, so there is no traffic noise and is very calm. The apartment itself is in good condition...the staff had it well prepared upon my arrival. It was nicely accessorized and included a stereo and cable tv. The apartment was very cozy and I would use Paris Address again because their prices are very reasonable and the apt. was just as pictured.

tres bien situé, tres pratique la faconne de recevoir les clés et de les rendre. le sofa pas commode pour dormir, le bruit du WC fort, pas de probleme pendant le jour. je le recommenderai absolumment. prix raisonnable, joli quartier. je voudrais recevoir des informations, peut etre pour louer un autre ou le meme pour l'été 2012, merci de votre excellente organisation, agence sérieuse. a bientot

After a month-long stay, this is an apartment I could recommend to others without hesitation. It's surprisingly light (windows on three sides), mostly quiet, and ideally situated for easy access to public transport, shops, restaurants, museums, the must-see sites, etc. Everything in the apartment worked as it was supposed to (internet and wifi excellent); furniture and fittings are fine, though nothing special. Parisaddress handled all the regular arrangements efficiently, and when an unexpected issue arose during my stay its response was very prompt and helpful. Two words to the wise: One, the toilet just is noisy, because it's the type that grinds up everything when flushed so as not to clog up old-fashioned plumbing. Two, the apartment just is small (though not cramped or poky): even two occupying it would need to get along well or spend most of the time out of the apartment!
