For any arrival after 8pm, you shall reserve a taxi via our taxi partner company from your arrival location.
The taxi driver will then have the apartment key with him and will open you the apartment door.

Location
Paris apartment to rent situated on a small and quiet street. You will find many shops, cafes and restaurants around. The permanent open market of the Daguerre Street is only 5 minutes away from your Paris apartment. The neighbourhood is quiet, safe, very pleasant and absolutely Parisian. In addition, you will be two minutes walk away from the closest metro station : Denfert Rochereau (access direct to both Paris airports).
Standing
This apartment is on the 2nd floor of a small building without lift. The access is secured by a door code.
Layout
This charming apartment has three separate rooms : the bedroom, the living-room and the dining-room.
The entrance directly opens on the dining-room that features a dining table for four people.
From the dining-room you will access a small corridor with storage space leading to the living-room and the bedroom.
The bedroom has a double bed (140x190).
The living-room features a comfortable couch, a coffee table and a TV set.
The bathroom is accessible from the bedroom only. It is small but functional with a walk-in shower. Toilets are in a separate room in the entrance hall.
The fitted kitchen is in an independent room, open on the dining-room.
This apartment is absolutely quiet. The bedroom and the living-room both give on the Dumoncel Street, and small and quiet street. The kitchen and the dining-room give on a small and lovely courtyard and its trees, lovely during the summer season.
Bright, recently repainted, this apartment enjoys the charm of typical French style with French tiles (called 'tomette' in French), wooden floro, decorative fireplace in the living-room. You will spend here an unforgettable stay, wether it is for a week of for few months.

I have used parisaddress five or six times for stays of about a week; all stays have been good and the apartments have been nice, but this was the best. Perfect communications: two metro stations at 2 mins away and RER at Denfert-Rocherau. Quiet, comfortable, spacious, with a nice covered market a minute away at the Alesia metro station, and a super market 75 metres away. The kitchen has a real oven and not just a micro wave. The only thing missing was an ironing board ..Read this comment on Typepad
