Our experience with Parisaddress was excellent. We were met by one of the employees, who showed us how to work the appliances, the computer, TV,etc. he then told us how to get around and where to shop for groceries. The location was perfect for us, as it is an easy walk to the RER and the metro. The apartment worked fine. It is small for 4 but we expected it. Well situated apartment - and calm, appreciated by a family. Close to underground/RER an advantage. Nice pedestrian street nearby - rue Daguerre - with all kinds of shops and bars/brasseries (fresh morning croissants from the baker's...). The apartment is small but OK for a family (our children are 14 and 7). Everything worked, bathroom fine - however, kitchen equipment quite poor. Good welcoming service and flexible time of arrival, flexible check-out time also an advantage.Read this comment on Typepad

We were very happy with the apartment. The neighbourhood was very safe and Rue Daguere shopping was awesome. The metro and RER was very close and convenient. You could actually walk to many places...Pantheon, Luxembourg Garden, etc. The apartment was cosy for 3. The heaters in each room were great. All amenities very dependable. Many parks close by for our 3 year old to enjoy. Highly Recemmend the apartemnt and location.Read this comment on Typepad

There were 4 of us and even though the apartment was on the small side we were quite comfortable. The beds were all quite good. Like everyone else we really liked the location as the markets and supermarkets around the area meant that it was easy to get groceries. The metro/RER was only 5 mins walk away and the Orly bus stops right near the metro so getting to and fro airports/train stations is a breeze. The apartment is conveniently close (10 minutes) to the Denfert Rochereau RER station, which makes getting to it from Charles de Gaulle Airport very easy. The agent who came from ParisAddress at the beginning of the stay was punctual, pleasant and very helpful. Being on the ground floor means that there are no awful Parisian stairwells to negotiate. Overall, the apartment was conveniently located, a block away from the Rue Daguerre markets and Monoprix supermarket, and it was quiet and comfortable. With a little attention to small matters the apartment could be very much better. The kitchen, although adequate for a short period of time, is a little disorganised and lacking reachable cupboard space. Some low shelving, or another cupboard above the sink area, would be a bonus. There are some minor repairs, which should be attended to, in particular, the damaged raised flooring at the juncture of the bedroom and bathroom and a number of functional yet partly broken items such as the toilet seat and clothes airer. Consideration should be given to replacing the television which was small and tricky to tune. Despite these minor matters, the stay was enjoyable and it is worth considering going there again.Read this comment on Typepad
