Location

Paris apartment to rent located between Montparnasse and Denfert Rochereau, 10 minutes walk from Montparnasse and one subway station from the "Jardin du Luxembourg" and the "Sorbone". The area was one of those prefered by American people during the 20th century, with many artist studios and public gardens in its surroundings. You will only be a few minutes walk from the famous French market "Le marché Daguerre", so you can buy fresh produce for cooking in your Paris aparrtment or the area also offers a great choice of restaurants, shops and theatres.

Standing

Good standing building. The apartment in Paris is located on the second floor with no elevator. It is looks onto a quiet courtyard.

Layout

Apartment rental in Paris of 33 m2 composed of a living room with an open kitchen. The bedroom with a double bed (160 * 200) is quite large with plenty of storage space. The bathroom has a large shower. This is a nice, cosy Paris apartment that is very quiet, well located and well equipped. It will benefit to anyone looking to spend a nice week in one of the Paris apartments.

I've stayed in the apartment for 3 weeks and everything went fine. The apartment was comfortable and functional. The location was perfect for my purpose. It's close to metro stations, shopping areas and good restaurants. The service provided by Parisaddress was efficient. Definitively I would recommend it to anyone that is looking for a place to stay in Paris.

nicely decorated and functional. The bedroom has plenty of storage space and is very quiet. The kitchen is small but very well equipped. I loved the modern bathroom with a nice size shower and a washing/dryer machine. The small inconvenient is if you have a lot of luggage, there is no elevator and the stairway is a bit narrow. Luckily, the lady from Paris address was very nice with helping us with carrying our luggage. I would definitely stay again at this location.

We stayed in this apartment for one week in June,the apartment is nice clean and quiet.Good equipped kitchenette, separaet bathroom & toilet (good). Good area with restaurants, shops and Metro, good connections in peaceful area.Parisadress service exellent , thanks Fabian.Will rent this apartment on our next stay too.

Well-equipped apartment in a good area. The apartment is quiet so a night's sleep is not a problem. My only complaint is that the apartment gets very little sunlight as it is so secluded. In the surrounding area you can enjoy many restaurants and bars but the area is by no means boisterous and is good for a peaceful break. Parisaddress service was good as usual.

This was my second stay at this appt but I don’t think I will stay there again. The appt is very well equipped and there is nothing missing but lack of sunlight, the window in the living face a wall. The kitchen is a bit small so if you like to cook, there is no room to prep. However, it is very well equipped. The bedroom has plenty of storage space and is quiet. If you have a lot of luggage, there is no elevator and the stairway is a bit narrow and can be a bit a challenge when you are going down. Luckily, Fabian from Paris address was very nice with helping us with carrying our luggage going up. I love the close proximity of Rue Daguerre and Montparnasse.
