Located in the neighborhood of Montparnasse and close to Saint Germain des Pres its Rue de Sevres, this charming "pied à terre" available to rent will seduce every Paris addict ! The area was one of those prefered by American people during the 20th century, with many artist studios and public gardens in its surroundings.. The closest metro stations to the Paris rental apartment are Pasteur, Volontaires, Montparnasse and Falguiere.
Location
The aparmtent in Paris is located on the ground floor of a private residency built in the 70's. The access is secured by a digicode and an intercom. A building keeper takes care of the building as well as the gardens.
Layout
This 50sqm apartment to rent in Paris has a double bedroom with 2 single beds that can easily be put together to form a large double bed (160x200). You will also find a large wardrobe and closet to store your clothes. The main room is divided in 3 areas : the living-room, the dining area and the open kitchen. In the the living-room there is a sofabed suitable for 2 people, a coffee table and a flat tv screen. The dining area has a dining table that can accomodate up to 4 guests. The kitchen is open on the living-room. It is fully equipped and a counter with its two high chairs will enable you to assist the chef! The toilet is in the bathroom. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and it is accessible from the entrance. This Paris apartment is really quiet. The large windows of the living-room give onto a quiet courtyard with trees, that is very well taken care of by the building keeper and is calm and bright. During the summer season you will have the chance to install a chair outside and peacefully rest for hours if you want! To conclude, this apartment is perfect for 4 people to rent who want to stay close to a metro station and shops but in a typical Parisian area, amongst Parisian people.

We stayed in this beautiful apartment for 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The apartment is quiet spaceous and the location was also amazing. Our experience of the apartment was awesome and would highly recommend other guests to stay here.Read this comment on Typepad

I stayed here for 6 months and the apartment provided me everything I needed. I enjoyed my stay there. It has a very good location with a good connection to rest of the city (metro 6 or 12). I did not have too much troubles while staying there and the few probelms were very quickly solved by parissaddress. The housekeeping service was very very good. Maybe the only downside is that the apartment is relatively cold during the winter and the heating system seemed insufficent for me. I can really recommend it to anybody.Read this comment on Typepad
