Sevres Street and Cherche-Midi street are only 10min away. Rennes Street is close-by, ideal to reach the St Germain des Pres area, which is ideal if you fancy some shopping.
You will enjoy being very close to hundreds of clothes shops and many cafes, restaurants, open markets, organic markets as well as the theatre. The Montparnasse area is lively but Cotentin Street is a quiet street, allowing you to escape from the hustle and bustle of Paris when needed.
The closest metro stations are Pasteur and Montparnasse.

Located on the 13th floor of a building equipped with three lifts. The access is made safe by two door codes. There is a 10sqm balcony from where you have a fabulous view over the city from your Paris apartment.

Layout

This 52sqm apartment in Paris has two rooms. The entrance gives onto the main room. You will find the dining corner with a dining table that can accomodate up to six guests. A sofabed has been installed that can sleep two people (140x200 - Standard double mattress).
The fitted kitchen is open onto the living-room. It has a counter, which is perfect for sitting and eating a traditional French breakfast.
An alcove with a double bed (140x200) accommodates two more people, under which you will find a lot of storage space. From the bed you will have such an  astonishing view over the balcony barrier that, if you have the choice, you will rather sleep in this bed than in the separate bedroom. This was custom-made precisely to enjoy this amazing view. It will be a real pleasure when you open your eyes on your first morning in Paris.
The bedroom is accessible from the living-room. It has two single beds (90x200) and its own access to the balcony. This room is very bright and is separated from the living-room by a thick blackout liner.
One can access the bathroom without entering the bedroom when this thick curtain is pulled out. The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower head. The toilet and sink are in a separate room between the entrance door and a wardrobe.

This apartment to rent in Paris can sleep up to six people. However you will fully enjoy it if you are a family of four as you will have more space.
It is bright, quiet and very functional. The view from the balcony is absolutely amazing. It will enrich your experience of the Parisian life in a quiet environement, only few steps away from the lively Montparnasse area.
