For any arrival after 8pm, you shall reserve a taxi via our taxi partner company from your arrival location.
The taxi driver will then have the apartment key with him and will open you the apartment door.

Location
An exceptional location for one of the Paris apartment rentals short term. On the border of the 6th and the 7th district, it has one foot in Saint Germain and the other one in Montparnasse. This is a very pleasant and upscale area and is very residential and safe. Very close to Rodin museum, the Ecole Militaire, the Invalides and also the Eiffel Tower. Downtown is not too far either. In the very same street, bakeries, butchers and many other shops, including the Bon Marché, are just waiting for your visit to offer you a glimpse of the French way of life. The closest subway stop to the Paris apartment is Vaneau but Sevres Babylone and Duroc are only five minutes away by foot. From these stations you can catch different lines.
Standing
This charming studio rental in Paris is located on the 5th floor of a nice building with a lift. The building access is secured by a door code and a second gate with a magnetic key and an intercom. The windows of the main room open on a balcony overlooking the quiet Mayet Street. The apartment is bright and quiet, and you will love having a drink on the balcony under the sun!
Layout
This 27sqm Paris studio to rent has been recently renovated (May 2011). It features a main room, an open fitted kitchen and a bathroom.
The main room has a sofabed (sleeps two - 140x200). On June 8, a TV and a coffee table will be installed (not in the pictures yet). By the end of June the studio in Paris will have a dining table, high stools and a carpet. The balcony will also have an improvement to offer privacy (with bamboos hiding it from the opposite side). The pictures will be updated as soon as everything is in place.
The fitted kitchen features an oven, micro-wave, induction stove, dishwasher and washing-machine. It is open on the main room.
The entrance hall leads to the main room and to the bathroom. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and toilet.
You will find storage space in the wardrobe in the entrance hall.
This lovely studio to rent in Paris is perfect for a couple, or for a single person, looking for a nice and quiet pied-à-terre in a lively area, at a fair price!
