For any arrival after 8pm, you shall reserve a taxi via our taxi partner company from your arrival location.

The taxi driver will then have the apartment key with him and will open you the apartment door.
This will cost you no extra fees except the taxi fare.

Localisation

Located in the neighborhood of Montparnasse and Saint Germain des Près, this charming "pied à terre" apartment in Paris will seduce every Paris addict! It is also close to the "Jardin du Luxembourg" and the "Sorbone". The area was one of those prefered by American people during the 20th century, with many artist studios and public gardens in its surroundings. You will only be a few minutes walk from the famous French market "Le marché Daguerre", where you will find all that you need to prepare French cuisine in your Parisian apartment!

Layout

This 250 sq ft studio apartment has been renewed beginning of 2012. The entrance hall gives on the main room featuring a double bed, a desk and a wardrobe. Right in front of the entrance door you will find the bathroom. It is equipped with a bathtub and the toilets. The fitted kitchen features induction stove and a micro-wave. It has a table for two people, separated from the entrance hall with a bar. This apartment is charming, quiet, perfect for a couple or for a single person and at a very interesting price.

The location was wonderful, the street was a beautiful cobblestone side street. There was a lovely fruit and veg market nearby that was open late and a few blocks down were many markets and restaurants. We were a short 20 minute walk to the St. Germain district, and near two train stations which was incredibly convenient. We will most definitely use paris address on our next trip to france.

The location was really great, and having the grocery down the street was a huge help. The two metro stations made getting around easy, and we weren't very far if we wanted to walk as well. The only major downsides were that the hot water was actually not very hot and you could only really take a shower if you kept the water pressure very very low. Additionally, while the apartment was advertised as having internet, it did not. You could connect to parisaddress' wireless from another of their apartments, but it was extremely unreliable. But we had an amazing trip and having all the amenities to cook our own food and a nice quiet street made it just that much better.

The only difference with my experience and this one is that the internet wifi did work for me, which was an important advantage. I would glady rent an apartment from Parisadress the next time I go to Paris. It was much preferable to a hotel room for one week.
