Location

The street Domat is in full heart of the Latin Quarter, two steps away of Notre Dame, the Sorbonne and the Maubert Place. The street is very calm. This Paris short term rental is exceptionally well located. The closest subways are: Place Maubert, Cluny- La Sorbonne and St Michel (the RER).

Standing

The Paris rental apartment gives on the street (very calm) and a charming flowered court. The building is made safe by a Digicode.

Layout

Apartment in Paris of 50 m2 on the second floor without an elevator. The apartment is composed of a large living room with a sofabed allowing two additional sleeping places. The kitchen is equipped and open on the living room. The room, overlooking the courtyard, has two single beds. The bathroom has a bath-tub and a shower. This Paris flat rental enjoys an extraordinary calm right in the middle of the city and an exceptional location.

Great location, close to subway, supermarket and other shops and restaurants. Adequate facilities. Not sure if there were mosquitoes or bed bugs but we ended up being eaten by something at night.

“The photos did not show how spacious this apartment is; probably too difficult to do! We have stayed in 4 different apartments in Paris over the years; this was by far the best. Not only the apartment, but also the quiet street it was in; as well as the proximity to the shops; even the lovely "Marche Place Maubert"; it was really a place where you felt Parisian rather than just a tourist. My husband, son and I had the pleasure of renting this apartment over the New Year holiday. We found it clean, comfortable, well equipped and charming. The area in the 5th is fantastic--many shops, restaurants, ATMs and a very close metro station. Xavier was our contact and he was responsive both by email before we booked and in person once we arrived. A truly wonderful experience.

We had the pleasure of renting this apartment in mid-April 2007. The location is ideal, and the apt. was wonderfully quiet and homey and comfortable. The interior courtyard with its plants and flowers makes it feel like a real refuge. It isn't fancy, but it has character and charm. Everything works well and the kitchen is very well-equipped. The only thing that would make it a tiny bit better would be a queen-size bed that is a little higher and fresh curtains in the bedroom. Every staff member we dealt with was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely use Paris Address again!

We enjoyed our trip to Paris in mid-May 07. The location was absolutely perfect, just steps away from the amazing Notre Damm. The apartment was very quaint, perfectly equipped and very comfortable. We were greated very nicely with a clear explanation of everything we would need. The bathroom was more than we expected for Paris, the kitchen was very well equipped and the living space was perfect for 3 people. We just returned from staying in the rue Domat apartment. We really loved it - the location was perfect, the apartment, while not fancy, was clean and very, very charming. We didn't want to leave! I definitely recommend both the rue Domat apartment, and Paris Address in general!

We stayed in this apartment August 2007 (two adults and twon teenagers)and had a great time. It is really central and easy to find. A great base for exploring Paris.The apartment had everything you would need home from home. Even though we arrived very late (due to flight delay) we were given the code for door etcon mobile and were met the following morning to explain everything about the apartment, by an English speaking rep. Althgough took us a couple of days to realise there was a super market two doors away!!Travelling from N.Ireland we were a bit apprehensive about what to expect but it was wonderful. would recommend this apartment and Paris Address to anyone wanting to stay in an apartment in Paris. My daughter and I stayed in this apartment in March. The representative who met me was very pleasant and responded immediately when we later had a problem with the internet connection. The apartment itself was wonderful. Very quiet and full of charm. The location couldn't have been better. I would not hesitate to rent this apartment or work with Paris Address again

An apartment in Paris is a great way to arrange a longer visit. My daughter and I stayed at 14 Rue Domat for ten days the end of March 2008. This is a wonderful location. You are blocks from Notre Dame and Ile Saint Louis (and some great ice cream) for easy location when walking and blocks from major subway stops to go on the RER to either airport, Versailles,etc. or on the regular subway. You can go to the Eiffel Tower by boat or by subway although you can walk almost anywhere if you have good walking shoes and like to walk--the Louvre is only about a ten minute walk. The apartment was quiet, clean and very charming; it had the basics although a few things need to be refreshed or replaced such as the bedroom curtains. The neighborhood seemed safe. You are doors from a supermarket and blocks from several open air markets to buy beautiful fresh food to prepare and eat in the apartment if you wish. We highly recommend Le Petit Prince about 3 blocks away for a nice dinner out. Based on our experience, we would rent again from Paris Address as everyone we dealt with was helpful and straightforward. (As a side note, if you are there when the time changes you do not have a front desk to point out that France changes to daylight savings. The time changed the day we left and one of us missed our flight since we had not realized we had lost an hour.) All in all it was a great experience and one we would recommend! Rhea and Kelcey

My wife, 6 year old daughter and myself stayed at this apartement for 6 days at the end of May 2008. The apartment was very comfortable and nicely equipped. It truly looked just like the pictures on the web site. Although you are very close to several very active and busy streets, it was very quiet and safe. We had no problem sleeping at night. The location was excellent for exploring the major paris sites as it was very centrally located. We found excellent esspresso and pasteries just down the street and tons of restaurants a couple blocks away. We had an excellent trip and the people at Paris Address were great! We would not hesitate to rent from them again or recommend them to any of our friends.

We are two Senior Ladies who stayed at the DOMAT14 for ten days in April 2009. The location is perfect for getting anywhere with most Paris Icons within walking distance. The apartment was clean, quiet and safe, plus beds very comfortable. It could use some freshening as far as curtains and furniture slipcovers. We managed to cheer it up with flowers. We can not say enough for the professional and courteous treatment given to us by Marco from Paris Address. We felt we had a safety net when he told us to call his cell phone during our stay for any problem. Jean Paul drove us to and from the Airport and carried the luggage,he was superb. I will be returning to Paris and will only use Paris Address for my arrangements.

My daughter and I stayed at 14 Rue Domat for 5 nights in early April 2009 and loved it!. The location is perfect for whatever you want to do and wherever you want to go. Close to all forms of transporation. Paris Address provided great service and my daughter said she will stay there every time she goes to Paris! Everyone is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. (I love my jeans I bought at the outdoor market just around the corner, which is held I think Tues., Thurs., and Saturday mornings.) I could go on and on but we did love our Paris Address apartment! Merci!

My family of 4 (two adults, a preteen and a teen) stayed at 14 Rue Domat for 7 days in May 2010. The apt. was clean, comfortable, well-equipped and very quiet. We felt at home in this apt! The beds were especially comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. We loved the location, enjoyed walking to all the sights, and shopping in the neighborhood. We also liked the proximity to two metro stops - very convenient for sightseeing. The young woman who met us was very helpful in orienting us to the apartment and the neighborhood. We will definitely return to this apartment!

We stayed at 14 Rue Domat for 5 months in 2010. It is a brilliant place to stay. A perfect location for getting around Paris. We have stayed in a number of apartments with ParisAddress over the last few years and think that this is the best one so far. In particular because of its warm homely feel. I cannot speak highly enough of ParisAddress during our stay in Paris for this long period of time. They were always extremely helpful and courteous. Furthermore they responded to any difficulty remarkably quickly and sorted everything out very smoothly. In many cases they helped us out with issues which they had no reason to help with and so we are extremely grateful to them for this. We will always use them in the future whenever we visit Paris again and recommend them very highly to anyone considering renting an apartment in Paris.

We have two teen girls and we all four loved this apartment! It had so much charm and character, but yet had modern conveniences. we could not have been more pleased with the location and although we were in the heart of the Latin Quarter, it was very, very quiet. None of us wanted to leave! it far exceeded our expectations, and we cannot imagine staying anywhere else the next time we get the chance to return to Paris (hopefully not too long!) I also agree that Paris Address is the best company to work with - professional and trustworthy (and we have had very bad experiences,particularly in noisy, dirty London).

The apartment was charming and cozy, its location was perfect as a home base for exploring the city, and there were plenty of stores and restaurants located conveniently nearby. I found the folks at Parisaddress to be very efficient and helpful, and would use them again if I came back to Paris.

We had a very nice holiday at DOMA14. The apartment is great, very well located. We were met by Anatole, who was very helpful and friendly. ParisAddress is a serious and professional company. We have also booked their taxi service, which was very handy for us. The apartment was clean, and there were extra towels and sheets. ParisAddress was great, they always replied quickly any doubt we had, and we truly recommend their apartments. We are already planning our next trip to Paris, next year, with ParisAddress of course.

My family just returned from our second stay at the appartment. We love it and hope this will not be our last visit. The location is excellent and we love the old wooden beams and exposed stone. the old stair case leading up to the appartment has got to be at lest 400 years old! But as old as the appartment building is the shower is robust and kitchen great. We had an outstanding time and hope to go back for a third visit soon!
