We stayed at CLOIT6 from April 8th to April 13th 2007. When we arrived Fredric was there waiting. He was patient and informative. He also went over everything, tested the appliances to make sure they were working properly and left us with a list of numbers in case of an emergency. Luckily we didn't need to use them. As for the location it was fantastic! Right across from Norte Dame. One thing we did notice was the street noise but don't worry Once the windows are closed or even partially closed it completely blocks out the noise and around 11 pm the steets are pretty empty so no noise during the night. The apartment was clean, up to date and the bathroom was beautiful. If you choose CLOIT6 you won't be disappointed.Read this comment on Typepad

We stayed at Cloit6 from Apr28-May7, 2007. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to stay here again. If it’s not available, would definitely use ParisAddress to rent another apartment. The apt makes one feel as if living at home (rather than rental). Lovely and pragmatic - combo of old (décor in great taste) and new (modern kitchen and bath). High ceilings and mirror make large apt feel even larger. Nice to be able to eat breakfast at kitchen bar. Kitchen has everything you could want for elegant meal. Dishwasher, washer, hi-speed internet and wi-fi worked great. Adequate storage for traveler. Location was spectacular. What I loved best: to look over Notre Dame park’s lush tree tops (felt like our private garden), to see the Pantheon against beautiful deep blue Paris night sky, hear the accordion music from musician who played on nearby bridge in evenings. Just hop across the bridge to Ile St Louis and you’ll find a nice assortment of shops, restaurants, and places to buy Bertillon ice cream. On the 2nd block of the main street is a boulangerie, fromagerie and epicerie (for groceries, fridge items, and produce). We can sleep thru anything, so we slept with the windows open and shades up. This apt may not be for people who are very sensitive to noise or bright light. There is some noise from late night revelers. You can eliminate the noise by closing the windows, but the apt will feel stagnant (unless Air Con is hooked up - was not when we were there). We love sunny, bright spaces; for us, fine that shade was a light filter (not a block out). ParisAddress staff – friendly, responsive, and available during booking, before arrival, and during stay (even for small questions). Will definitely want to rent an apt from PA in future.Read this comment on Typepad

We stayed at CLOIT6 in late May/early June - a comfortable apartment with all mod cons. Washer/dryer is most handy in Paris' fickle weather! Best feature is the location, overlooking Notre Dame and central to all tourist areas. We loved walking around the Ile St Louis, sampling ice-cream & window-shopping. ParisAddress staff were most helpful, and arranged taxi tfrs to assist. We'd definitely use ParisAddress again, and would recommend CLOIT6 highly.Read this comment on Typepad

We rented CLOIT 6 for 10 wonderful days in Paris in June 2007. We were picked up at the airport (which we recommend) and met at the apartment by the parisaddress representative who was very professional, friendly and explained everything about the apartment. The apartment itself was perfect. 1. Location: amazing location right across from the park behind Notre Dame 2. Amenities: modern kitchen with everything you could need and modern bathroom with a 'rain' shower, great TV, WiFi, towels linen, comfortable bed (Queen size by Australian standards) and beautifully decorated. Much cheaper and so much better than staying in a shoebox at a hotel. 3. Parisaddress service: we had trouble hooking up to the Wifi and someone came to sort it out for us. 4. Communication: excellent communication regarding enquiries and payments. We will be using parisaddress from now on for all of our paris accommodation and we will be recommending it to our family, friends and on www.tripadvisor.com . EXCELLENT!Read this comment on Typepad

What a sensational location for 9 nights stay in Paris! There were 3 of us in the apartment and it was quite cosy but we usually only went "home" to rest, and the pull out bed was of a very excellent quality thanks for that. Definate highlights were in the evening going down the road to the Notre Dame square and being entertained by very talented buskers especially on the weekend and amazingly meeting up with travelling friends from Australia. We also did the evening tour of Notre Dame at dusk and that was a delight to see Paris light up. We were most dissapointed and annoyed not to have internet or a microwave as indicated. the internet was definately a pre-requisite for our long stay. I sorted out the shutters so that the light was kept to a minimum in the mornings. Loved the modern bathroom however, the flooding shower involved excess washing of towels. Wow! You can look out to the Pantheon from the kitchen or the bed (as one of Paris' monuments, it's lit up at night), and from the window, see Notre Dame in one direction and the Siene in the other. So central that many of the plces you'll want to go are walking distance, and those further away are easy to get to: all three forms of public transport are at the doorstep. The central location does mean that on some nights (chiefly Friday) the air is filled with the sound of carousing until all hours, but we only felt the need to sleep with the windows shut once. The apartment itself is well laid out, and furnished in an eclectic, HIP style, with a combination of modern and antique furniture. The kitchen and bathroom are strictly modern and very stylish. The only amenity that we missed was a clothes airer: I'm not sure that I really got the dryer to behave properly. The bed was roomy and very comfortable. The service was just what you would want: good communication while booking and before arrival, detailed walk-through at hand-over, and then not there, and not necessary during the stay. We were particularly pleased by the friendly and professional booking process: we had previously had an apartment (through another agency) double-booked on us, and don't want to go through that again! We spent 8 nights at CLOIT6 and will definitely return to it, or try another parisaddress aparment, on our next stay.Read this comment on Typepad

We stayed at CLOIT6 at the end of May 2009 for 10 days. This was our second trip to Paris and we rented an apartment last time as well though through another agency. There is no doubt that we would use this agency again for our next trip. ClOIT6 is a terrific apartment and with perfect location. It has great privacy as you look out into a park. There is a modern elevator which was very useful for us. (One step at the building entrance and a couple of steps inside the apartment.) We chose this apartment for its proximity to Glacier Berthillon where we tried to go every day. It is very centrally located next to the Notre Dame and easy walking distance to some very good restaurants such as Atelier Maitre Albert. There is a Velib station right around the corner. We also rented a scooter from a scooter shop nearby which allowed us to easily explore the city. Buses and subways are a short walk away. I really appreciated its proximity to the both the RER B (access to CDG)and RER C (Eiffel tower) as well as normal subway lines. The apartment itself and the service was wonderful. I really appreciated being able to pay online by credit card in advance. No need to find a money exchanger early in the morning if your flight arrives around 6AM like many flights from the United States do. The apartment is a large studio perfect for a couple. It is very bright and airy with modern ammenities. The kitchen is very nice and has everything you need to cook the great ingredients that you can get at the markets. (Our favorite was the Bastille market on Sundays.) There are plenty of bakeries nearby and we really liked being able to have some simple meals at the apartment. You may need to look at the manual (under the TV) to operate the oven and washing machine. For Americans who are used to separate washer/dryers, this machine can be tricky to use but will wash your clothes very well though it will come out damp. There is an iron and ironing board in the closet. The bathroom is very modern and the shower is very big with 3 separate shower heads (though it does tend to splash into the bathroom if you try to turn the body spray on full.) There is a flatscreen TV with internet cable with hundreds of channels (a couple english channels for news.) WiFi was great for researching where to go the next day and which restaurant to go to. Overall, we had a wonderful time in Paris and the apartment had a lot to do with it. Its location and quality fit our needs perfectly.Read this comment on Typepad

We just returned home after staying at CLOIT6 for 5 nights in September 2010. We wish it were longer. The previous comments are accurate and explain the excellent location, cleanliness and full equipment in the apartment. It has been very well maintained and everything works. There is a microwave, it's part of the regular oven, and the internet/WIFI is high speed. It was perfect for a couple to relax in. Of particular note was the service from the Parisaddress people - reliable, professional, on time and thorough. There were no bad surprises. The taxi driver they arranged to take us back to CDG airport was outstanding and arrived ahead of our booked time, had a new minivan to transport lots of luggage, was fun and spoke enough english to be fully helpful, and assisted us with our luggage and checking in right to the airline counter. He provided valet service that we were not expecting and the cost was very reasonable. Parisaddress, you made our trip a pleasure and we will use your service again and recommend our friends do so as well. Merci beaucoup!Read this comment on Typepad

Fantastic - great location, facility, building, service from the agent and booked taxi - can't quite work out what to fault other than too many people now know about it - just wonederful ! Will be back if we can ever get in. MichaelRead this comment on Typepad
