At the bottom of Montmartre Hill and The Abbesses, this Paris short term apartment is well located in the ninth district, a beloved area of all musicians and lively by day and by night. The Moulin Rouge is located less than five minutes by foot and many bars, brasseries and restaurants will show you the Paris nightlife. St Georges place, The Opéra Garnier, as well as the Grands Boulevards (with the well known malls 'Printemps', 'Galeries Lafayette'…) are quite close too and the public transport network will allow you to go downtown very quickly. The closest subway stops to this Paris apartment rental are Pigalle, Blanche and St Georges.
Standing
The Paris apartment is located on the 5th floor of a building (with a lift). The access is secured by a digicode and an intercom.
Layout
This beautiful 85sqm Paris apartment to rent is composed of a bedroom and a very spacious living-room. The living-room is divided in 2 areas : the living area with a couch and one single sofabed (80x160 : suitable for 1 child/young adult), and the dining area. The dining table in the living-room can accomodate up to 4 chairs. The windows on both sides of the living-room give brightness to this Paris apartment and you will love the view of the Sacre-Coeur from the kitchen and from the dining area. The bedroom is accessible from the living-room. It has 2 single beds that can be put together to offer a large double bed (160x190). You will find a large closet in the bedroom to store your luggage and belongings. The toilets are independent and are opposite the bedroom, next to the bathroom (with a bathtub). The fitted kitchen is near the entrance door. It has a nice view of the Parisian rooftops and the Sacre-Coeur Cathedral. The wooden beams in the ceiling give a lot of charm to this spacious apartment rental in Paris. It is well-located in the 9th district and is bright and comfortable.

Pleasant, spacious apartment, good views to Montmartre. Pleasant and convenient situation. Overall, we found it good value. However, the phone was not working when we were there, and was not repaired. Lift cramped and creaking.Read this comment on Typepad
