Location

At the bottom of Montmartre Hill and The Abbesses, this Paris apartment rental is well located in the ninth district which is lively by day and by night and is a beloved area for all musicians. The Moulin Rouge is less than a five minute walk away and there are many bars, brasseries and restaurants, which will give you a taste of Paris by night. St Georges place, the Opéra Garnier, as well as the Grands Boulevards (with the well known malls 'Printemps' and 'Galeries Lafayette') are all quite close too and the public transport network will allow you to go downtown very quickly. The closest subway stops are Pigalle, Blanche and St Georges.

Standing

This apartment is located on the 4th floor of a very nice Haussmannian building equipped with a lift.. Access is secured by a door code and an intercom. The windows of the living-room look on to Douai Street but they are double glazed so it is still quiet inside the apartment. The windows of the two bedrooms open on quiet courtyards.

Layout

This 104sqm apartment in Paris has four rooms. A very spacious entrance hall leads to the main room. This has been divided in two areas: the living area with a comfortable sofa, a coffee table and a large flat screen TV, and the dining area where six people can easily sit. This spacious room is very bright and pleasant and has been decorated with much taste and elegance. The combination of ancient style furniture with modern units works perfectly.
From the entrance hall you can also reach the first bedroom ,which can also be used as an office. In here there is a double sofabed (140x200) where two people can sleep. The style of this room is more classical but equally as nice as the rest of the apartment. You can work in this quiet environment, as there is a desk, or just simply relax in front of the second flat screen TV.
A long corridor leads to the other rooms of the apartment. First of all you will reach the separate toilet (with a washbasin), followed by the fitted kitchen which is very modern. You can easily eat here, as a table with four high chairs has been installed. Here again a third flat screen TV set has been discreetly placed on the wall.
Should you need to cook, the kitchen is very bright, airy and comfortable.
The corridor will then lead you to the elegant bathroom with a bathtub. You will then reach the second bedroom which is in fact the master bedroom. Nicely arranged, it has a large wardrobe and a double bed (140x200). The third bedroom is next to the master bedroom. It features two single beds (pullout bed 90x200).

One of the most beautiful apartments to rent in Paris, this flat has been designed for six people. Located in a very Parisian neighborhood, with its marble chimneys, large mirrors, moldings and its chevron wooden floor, this has all the characteristics of a wonderful Parisian apartment.
It will delight everyone in love with Paris who is seeking authenticity and charm.

Many thanks for an excellent stay. My wife and I plus our two children (5 + 7) stayed here for three nights on a European holiday and had an excellent time. The apartment is very nicely furnished, spacious, fully equipped and quiet. Very good location for local supermarkets, boulangerie etc. and transport and a short walk up the hill to Sacre Coeur. Plenty of local restaurants. There was a mix-up over our arrival time but both the owner and ParisAddress sorted this out rapidly and ensured we were minimally inconvenienced. This is our second very positive experience staying in Paris with ParisAddress and I would highly recommend using this company.

We had a great time in this wonderful apartment. So handy for all the sights, and the owner was very kind to show us about. We were met on time, from the airport with a taxi booked through parisaddress, and met at the apartment by the owner. The facilites were excellent, and we would not hesitate to go back again, and would recommend this location. Thank you to Paris address. No more hotels for us!

We stayed 6 weeks in this apartment and were very happy. The location was excellent, the apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. I would have happily stayed longer and will definitely return.

We stayed her for a week in august/september and we enjoyed it very much. The apartment is very nice and fully equipped and the owners are very helpful. The double windows make it indeed a very quiet apartment. The location is ideal: lots of shops and restaurants.

Three of us stayed in the apartment in late September. It is beautifully furnished and has everything required for a short stay. The local supermarket is very close and the nearest Metro station is only about 200 metres away. One really good feature is that all the street facing windows are double glazed, so you do not hear any street or traffic noise inside the apartment. It was very nice to meet the owner and his wife and we would definitely stay here again.
