Please note we do not check-ins guests after 20.00 (8pm).

For any arrival after 8pm, you shall reserve a taxi via our taxi partner company from your arrival location.

The taxi driver will then have the apartment key with him and will open you the apartment door.
This will cost you no extra fees except the taxi fare.

Location

Apartment in Paris located in the 9th arrondissement near the area of Opera and the Place de la Madeleine. Shopping centres such as "Galeries Lafayette" and "Le Printemps" are also 5 minutes walk away. It is a very nice neighborhood with many shops nearby. The nearest subways are: Le Peletier, Cadet and Richelieu Drouot.

Standing

Building good standing. The Paris apartment is located on the 6th and last floor with an elevator and has a beautiful view over the rooftops of Paris.

Layout

30 m2 studio to rent in Paris that has just been fully renovated. It consists of a main room with a real bed (140 * 200) in foldout position and a sofa when it is not deployed. In addition, a fully equipped kitchen is at the other end of the room. The bathroom has a beautiful shower. This is a small Paris studio that has a wonderful view and enjoys an absolute calm.

Very nice apartment, quiet, clean, near the subway, but it would really help an air conditioner, because I had a it was very hot in paris the week I stayed and it was hotter in the apartment. I would recommend it.

Nice apartment, small but good. Location is perfect. I would definitely recommend it and personally prefer this above a stay in a hotel. Service was also good (meet and greet for key etc.).

I stayed in the PROV5 for 11 nights in Oct 2009. I used the taxi service to and from Paris, which was very convenient. I was met outside the location by a very nice agent, who explained everything in detail. Even left me with a page of codes in case the wi-fi provided didn't work. The apartment itself is quite small but is charming & has enough amenities to make it feel like a home away from home. Perfect for 2 people. With the plentiful amount of shops nearby, I was able to make most of my meals at the apartment. Also, I really liked that the apartment is located away from the street, so it feels quieter. Except for the noisy neighbors, whom I could hear through the walls every once in a while. Earplugs helped! There was also several Metro stops in the vicinity, which made traveling around Paris quite easy. And the Galeries Lafayette & Printemps are less than a 10 minute walk away. In sum, I enjoyed my stay in Paris and at the PROV5. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Great value & a very helpful staff!

I stayed here in December 2010, and found the place to be very convenient. It is small, but for one person, it was all I needed for my stay. Very close to metro stations and bus stops, and within walking distance to most of the attractions, if you like to walk, as I do. I recommend the bakery few doors down the street - too bad they are not open on weekends! The person I met for the key, was very helpful, and pointed out a few essentials to me, such as the nearest grocery store, internet access, etc. My only issue was a slow leak in the bathroom, but I am sure that Parisaddress has already attended to it after I left.

I stayed in PROV5 in early November 2011. It was just as expected from the website, except that there is a murphy bed. I expected to sleep just on a sofa bed so that was a nice surprise. The person meeting me was switched without my knowing about it so it was a little difficult to make contact. And I couldn't connect with Wifi but could connect directly with the modem so that wasn't too bad. I really enjoyed the neighborhood and found some wonderful places to eat from the blog Hungry For Paris. It would be easy to improve the apt. with a full length mirror.
