For any arrival after 8pm, you shall reserve a taxi via our taxi partner company from your arrival location.

The taxi driver will then have the apartment key with him and will open you the apartment door.
This will cost you no extra fees except the taxi fare.

Location

The apartment is located in the district of Convention in the 15th district, two steps away of Commerce Street, well known for all its shops. Residential environment, very calm street with a life of very pleasant district. The closest subways are Boucicaut, Felix Faure or Commerce.

Standing

This building is safe, it has an intercom. The apartment is on the 6th floor with elevator. The windows of the living-room and the bedroom overlook a garden with a clear view, without vis-à-vis.

Layout

This 50sqm apartment consists in a spacious living/dining room with a kitchen open on it and a bedroom.
The living-room part features a sofabed (two sleeps, 140x200), a coffee table and a flat TV set. The dining area has a dining table where four people can sit.
The windows offer a fantastic clear view and gives this room much light.

The bedroom has a double bed (160x200) and a large wardrobe.

The bathroom gives on the entrance corridor that leads to all the rooms. It features a walk-in shower and the toilets.

This apartment can sleep up to four people. It is very pleasant, very quiet and sunny. Wether you stay for a week or several months, you will love this place.

Paris Address service was excellent. The location was ideal for my purposes, i.e. a residential non-touristic safe neighborhood with easy metro access. Overall the apartment was quiet, except for one night when the neighbors downstairs had a party. Although the apartment was not decorated as seen in the photos, it was clean and well equiped. It needed, however, some cosmetic work, i.e. a paint job. The washing machine worked well. The dryer was useless. Overall, my stay was pleasant, and I would consider renting the apartment again.

I would agree with aforementioned post with almost all detail: metro is very close and therefore it`s not problem to reach any part of Paris; neighbourghood is excellent - everything what you might need you can get within few streets around the appartment; the appartment is really very well equipped: I could not make up any detail which I have been missing. Minus of the appartment for me is same as above stated: dryer is useless and appartment really need some paint job, also there were some problem with door lock but this all is easy to repair. I was amazed with the Parisaddress staff with whome I managed to meet very easy although I have been late for few hours due to the traffic problem. Overall, I am very pleased and would come again.

This is an excellent apartment for anyone. The metro is very close. Two supermarkets are very close. Four Michelin restaurants are very close (and other good ones). Fruit and bread are right down stairs. The rooms are very bright and cheery, with an excellent view (you can just see the edge of the Eiffel Tower). The elevator broke down once (about an hour to repair). We would definitely come back.

We were 2 Adult and 2 children. The location was ideal for our purposes - easy metro access and supermarket in a few steps. The apartment was quiet, clean and well equipped in line with the published info. Some repair is need – the door of the washing machine (difficult to close, but working) and the kitchen sink faucet leaks. Overall, our stay was pleasant, and I would consider renting the apartment again.
