Location
This short term Paris vacation rental is extremely well located in the centre of the city, on the left Bank, next to the Sorbonne, between St Jacques Street and St Michel Boulevard. The entrance door is on St Germain Boulevard but the windows overlook a quiet street off St Germain Bvd, opposite the lovely Cluny Church, two steps away from the National Museum of the Middle Age.
You will find everything you need nearby : supermarket, open market (Maubert Mutualité open market is only 200m away), restaurants, metro station, buses and so on. You will quickly reach the Pantheon, the Luxembourg Garden, St Germain, Cité Island, St Louis Island, the Latin Quarter, St Michel. You could not dream of a better location from which to discover the city on foot.
The closest metro stations are Cluny La Sorbonne, Saint Michel Notre Dame and Maubert Mutualité.
Standing
This Paris apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building with a lift. The windows are double glazed and overlook a quiet street off St Germain Boulevard. You will enjoy the proximity of a lively area without suffering from its noise.
Layout
This 45sqm apartment in Paris has two rooms.
The entrance opens on a small corridor that leads to the main room. This room is rather spacious and bright. It has a very comfortable sofabed for two people (140x200), two armchairs, a coffee table and flat TV screen and a desk.
From the living-room you will reach the bedroom. It is spacious as well and features a queen size bed (160x200) and a large wardrobe with quite a bit of storage space. The mirror gives a nice impression of space. The colors and the decorative items have been carefully chosen to convey a harmonious atmosphere.
The fitted kitchen is open on the living-room. The high chairs will enable you to enjoy the bar.
The bathroom is accessible from the corridor next to the entrance door. It is rather small but functional. It features a bathtub and toilet.
To conclude, this apartment for renting in Paris can accomodate up to four guests. It is very welcoming, with a warm atmosphere, extremely well located and fairly priced. Do not hesitate, this is the place to be!

Very nice apartment except for the bathroom that is extremelly small. The service provided by the agency is excellent. The owners should take better care of their property but the agency managed to solve all the problems. I´ve already recomended.Read this comment on Typepad

We have rented this apartment again this year. Unfortunately the neighbors upstairs decided to remodel the bathroom and the reconstruction noise was unbearable. It went on during extremely late hours, Saturday and Sunday. I thought there were laws in France regarding construction hours. We told the agency about the problem and we had to move to another apartment at Rue Buci. The agency was very efficient although this second apartment was not a good one-, it was dirty and uncomfortable in spite of the 2 bathrooms. But maybe they were not expecting tenants on such short notice.Read this comment on Typepad

We stayed for a week in this apartment. Everything was in good condition and explained clearly to us upon checkin. The location is great but the area is pretty lively into the night, so if you want fresh air at night you'll have to put up with alot of street noise. We had plans to use the washing machine, but it was really small. Metro/RER are right outside so getting around was easy.Read this comment on Typepad
