Localisation

At the heart of the Latin Quarter, this is one of the Paris apartments to rent near the Mouffetard district, of the arenas of Lutèce and the Botanical garden. It will enable you to live in the heart of the old Paris. This apartment rental in Paris is two steps away from the famous cabaret, the "Paradis Latin".

Standing

"Haussmanian" building of great standing. The building has been recently renovated. The Paris apartment looks on a charming interior courtyard. The apartment is on the fifth floor without " vis à vis" and enjoys a lot of brightness.

I stayed in this apartment in June for with my husband and a friend. The apartment was great, very clean and had all the facilities necessary. We also found the apartment very spacious and the decor was very nice. The location was great and we found it very easy to get to all the places we wanted to see as it is very near a number of metro stations. I would definitely book this apartment or another from Parisaddress with no hesitation.

My wife and I and another couple stayed in this apartment in mid- November. From first to last, we were totally pleased with this rental. The apartment was fully as advertised, clean, roomy, and the location was spectacular. We were oriented properly, our pickup to and from the airport was smoooth and efficient, and the price was right. We look forward to more business with ParisAdress and would not hesitate to rent this apartment again.

I would recommend this apartment - we were travelling with 2 young children and location could not have been better - easy walking to luxembourg gardens, jardin des plantes, pantheon, notre dame and several metros. Internally, clean and well fitted out. Thanks very much paris address.

My family stayed in this apartment in July 08. The service was great. Helpful, bilingual. The taxi pick up at CDG airport was fantastic, making travels with 2 small children very easy. The location is amazing. Right were you want to be, close to so much. There's a great Champion grocery store around the corner. Easy access to the Metro and bus lines and the river. The apartment left some to be desired. It was a bit dirty. The furniture was run down. It's needs some TLC. The WIFI included in the rental was great. They need some more glasses and plates in their kitchen.

We stayed in this apartment for 11 nights in August 2009. We found the apartment to be of a good size, functional and in a great location (with little noise from the near-by nightclub - Paradis Latin! The show is worth a visit, by the way). We had some problems with the front-loading washing machine (which sometimes washed the clothes twice before the cycle ended) and with the shower(which appeared to have been broken off the wall - and as a consequence the hose had to be hand-held throughout each shower, which took a bit of getting used to). Improvements to the apartment could be made in terms of fixing the shower, perhaps having typed instructions in English for the washing machine and television (and indicate which of the 300 channels are likely to be in English!) and adding new pillows, a toaster and an electric jug. Apart from these minor matters the apartment was fine and we'd consider staying there again. A tip for future tenants: If you head down the road towards the water and turn left into Saint Germain Bld, you'll find a marvellous market every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings where you can buy fabulous food and flowers - we wish we'd discovered this earlier. The bars at Rue Mooffetard (sp?) serve half-price cocktails at happy hour - and are worth a visit. St Louis Island and its famous Berthillion (sp?) ice-cream (try the caramel praline one) is only 5 minutes walk away; and we walked to the Marais district within 20 minutes, and to the quirky must-see English language bookstore Shakespeare and Company (near Notre Dame)within 10 minutes.

My family and I are looking forward to coming back to this apartment! We stayed in the apartment for 6 nights. We felt very much at home and the apartment has a warm and cozy atmosphere. The apartment is furnished and equipped just right and is located fantastic! We were especially pleased with the ParisAddress service. We found a very generous, quick and helpful service by mail (in English), a wonderful service with the Taxi from the airport and a very pleasant welcome from Jordan who waited for us in the apartment. We (two adults) stayed for 11 days. On the plus side: clean, new bathroom, comfortable beds, great location. On the minus: stained carpet, cheaply supplied (two old cloth napkins, no stoppers for sinks) and there can be late-night noise from the club directly next door. The place is functional; if you want charm or aesthetic appeal, keep looking. Great service from Paris Address, from whom we have rented for years.
