You just need to cross the street and you are in one of the most beautiful gardens of the city. The neighbourhood is safe and quiet, and you will discover here the sweetness and comfort of life in a residential area that is among the most desired in Paris. All shops are within walking distance and from this charming flat rental in Paris you are very close to Saint Michel, Saint Germain and Montparnasse, as well as the main tourist points. Regarding public transport, you will have a great choice: Luxemburg, Notre-Dame des Champs, Vavin and Rennes stations are the nearest ones tot he Paris apartment.
Standing
In a good standing building, secured by a code and with a lift, you will be charmed by the combination of an exceptional apartment in a no less than exceptional area. Space and comfort are prominent in this lovely Paris apartment with its sweet and cordial ambience, provided by the omnipresence of wood (parquet, beams, items of the decoration…) that you will adore.
Layout
You first enter a hall in this vacation rental in Paris, where the walls are covered by books. You have access from here to the separated toilets and to the first bedroom where there is a very comfortable double bed, a desk and a piano. The second part of the hall, with a magnificent canopy, leads then to the second bedroom on the right, where there is a double bed and where the space can be divided, if necessary, into a bedroom and an office for those who would have some work to do. On the left is the spacious living / dining room. The kitchen is open on this room and comes fully equipped. There is a very large, comfortable sofa bed that allows two further people to sleep. You will find at the end of the hall the bathroom with a walk in shower, where one will particularly note its door that is very unique! There are few words complete and precise enough to describe this apartment in Paris. It could easily be taken as one of the Paris rental lofts due to its spaciousness… You must try it, it would be a shame to miss this experience!

The portion of our stay at the apartment was so much better than the hotels. It was more relaxing and we were thrilled by the classical music collection and the opportunity to use the piano. Best was the wonderful kitchen and the view overlooking the park, in spite of the traffic noise. "Bread and Roses" was great.Read this comment on Typepad

Fleur 1 was great. The pillows were worn-but everything else was very comfortable. We loved the location and well stocked kitchen-you handled things well. We thought our wireless connection would work, but we were able to use the computer cable instead.Read this comment on Typepad
