Location
One of the perfect Paris apartments to rent located in the 5th district, in the Latin Quarter, close to the "Jardin des Plantes" and the Mouffetard district. It is also 5 min walk from St Louis Island and so close to many points of interest. Around this very pleasant place you will find many shops. The closest subway station to the Paris short term rental is Jussieu. Moreover, a Velib station is just in front of the building should you want to discover Paris by bicycle!
Standing
Building of a good quality, in a typically 'Old-Paris' style. It used to be part of the outbuilding of the Hotel Particulier Le Brun (built in the 18th century). The Paris apartment overlooks a wide paved courtyard where the horse-drawn coaches used to be put away. The apartment in Paris is the only apartment on the 2nd and last floor of this small building. Due to its location, it is very calm and particularly bright.
Layout
This architectual Paris apartment rental of 80 sqm consists of a beautiful living space with an open fitted kitchen and 2 separate bedrooms. The living area is divided in 2 areas : the dining area with a table where 6 to 8 guest can fit, and the living area (a single sofabed 80x190 will allow one person to sleep in the living-room). Both bedrooms are accessible from the living-room. One of them has a double bed (140x200), the other has a sofa bed kept in the bed position (140x200). The domes in each bedroom enable the zenithal light to brighten the place. The bathroom has a walk-in shower as well as a bathtub. The toilet is independent and accessible from the kitchen. There is also another room where you can store your luggage or iron your clothes. To conclude, this apartment to rent in Paris is suitable for 5 people and is a very good value for money considering its size, location and interior.

Wanted to say many thanks for a nice stay in Paris. Location was excellent and the apartment was very nice. Price was just right and less than a hotel for the amount of time we spent in Paris. As we arrived late it great to know that someone could still greet us at the apartment! Your staff was very helpful and would consider using the Agnecy again for our next trip to Paris. We had a very nice week in Paris. Superb service from the Parisadress staff, and very useful taxi-service, so our arrival and departure were very smooth and relaxing. The apartment is very nice, with all facilities needed, and also very pleasant. Short way to Subway stations and the lovely Latin Quarters.
