Location
This Paris studio apartment is located on the small street on the Sainte-Genevieve Mountain. It is a surprising hill in the centre of Paris. It is part of the lovely Latin Quarter where you will find many prestigious places and schools. You are only a few steps away from the Pantheon and the wonderful St Etienne edu Mont Church. This is a typical Parisian part of the city and all its small restaurants, cafés and shops will seduce you. You will feel like you are living in a small village but you are only a few minutes walk away from St Louis Island, Cite Island, Luxembourg Garden, St Michel, Maubert Mutualite market place, Monge Street and many more of the Paris sights.
The closest metro stations are Maubert-Mutualite and Cardinal Lemoine.
Standing
The studio is located on the 1st floor of a small building, which has no lift. Access is secured by an intercom. The windows open on a pretty square (Place de l'Abbé Basset).
Layout
This elegant 42sqm Paris apartment rental has been arranged to optimize its use. The entrance opens on a small corridor that first leads to the spacious bathroom (with a walk-in shower and the toilets) and then to the main room.
This main room has been divided in several areas : first the living-room part, with a couch, two seats and a coffee table. Then the sleeping area with a high quality armoir-bed (with a 140x200 comfortable new mattress), with mirrors on either side. A wardrobe and storage space have been hidden behind the mirrors on both sides of the bed. The studio is spacious enough to leave the bed down if you prefer.
The fitted kitchen opens out to the main room. Its high chairs enable you to sit at the counter.
To conclude, this charming Paris studio is perfect for a couple or a single person to rent while visiting the city. This will be a great pied-a-terre allowing you to discover many parts of the city on foot.
