Location

This Paris aparment to rent short term is on the street Mouffetard. This is a very animated pedestrian street with a permanent market and many cafes and restaurants in the heart of the 5th district. This place is absolutely magic and perfect for discovering Paris, with its coloured environment and its special atmosphere. The nearest subway is Monge.

Standing

The Paris apartment is located in a building of very great standing on the second floor with elevator. The apartment looks on the street but without any \"vis a vis\". In addition, the very beautiful gardens in the building give a feeling of “campagne à Paris” in the heart of the city.

Layout

Charming Paris rental studio of 28 m2 that has been very well renovated with visible beams and parquet floor. The living room has a bed settee of very good quality which offers a double bed (160*200) that is very comfortable. The kitchen is separated and fully equipped. The bathroom has a bath-tub. For either one person alone or a couple, you can not be in a better place to feel like a Parisian than in this Paris apartment

This is a lovely apartment in a charming and convenient part of town. There is beautiful light and a nice view. Because the apartment faces onto the street it can be somewhat noisy in the evening.

We will never stay in any other part of Paris. We loved the area - it has everything. The apartment was comfortable and our booking and access ran like clockwork. Next time I think we will get a bigger apartment so that we can spread out - we had been living out of suitcases for 8 weeks prior. I would recommend that all those planning to travel to Paris can approach Parisaddress with confidence and I doubt you will find a more suitable place to stay than Rue Mouffetard.

This apartment is perfect for one person or a couple. You have a nice view of the street, internet access, a washer dryer. There is also a kitchen so you can cook all the amazing food you can buy right on Rue Mouffetard. There is a great fish market, fromage, bakeries and the great Monge Market (closest subway stop). It was hard to leave! We will definitely book an apartment with ParisAddress again next time we are in Paris.

Excellent customer service and the apartment was ideal for our visit. They met us at the apartment on time and also arranged for the taxi service to and from the apartment. Highly recommended and prefered over a hotel stay for a authentic visit to Paris.

The apartment was great! The location was perfect. If you like a lively atmosphere, Rue Mouffetard is the place. The apartment was the perfect size for two people. The photos and description on the website are exactly what you find. The Metro stop is very close and the RER station is a short 15 minute walk. The ParisAddress representative Vesna was very friendly and professional. The gentlemen that cleaned the apartment was very nice too. We will definitely use ParisAddress again.

Great apartment, great location...but if you are looking for a place to actually get some sleep-don't book this one! Drunk Parisians sing you a lullaby every night until 4 or 5 in the morning and then at 8:30 you are awoken to the sound of screaming children on the playground across the street. Strangely, they sound a lot a like. The company is fantastic though-very organized and affordable and if not for the sound, the place was FANTASTIC.

Great apartment. Loved the atmosphere of the area, it showed another side of Paris, not just the tourist area. I did have bars and people leaving at all hours, but I think this showed the true Latin Quarter, just what I was looking for. All major tourist attractions were within walking distance. You would not be disappointed if you select this apartment.
