For any arrival after 8pm, you shall reserve a taxi via our taxi partner company from your arrival location.
The taxi driver will then have the apartment key with him and will open you the apartment door.

Location
Located two steps away from the Canal St Martin, right behind a lovely garden, Villemin Garden, in the 10th district. This neighborhood is lively, welcoming, close to many shops and restaurants. You will have the pleasure to walk along the canal, up to the wonderful parc of La Villette, discovering another part of the genuine Parisian life !
The closest metro station is Gare de lest where you can catch the line 4, 5 and 7.
In less than 10 minutes the line 7 will lead you to the Galeries Lafayette and the Opera district, the line 4 will lead you to the Marais in 5 minutes and after that in Cité Island, St Germain up to Montparnasse.
Standing
This apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building with lift and door code.
The windows of the bedroom and the dining-room give on a courtyard on the back side of the building. The windows of the living-room give on the Square de Verdun, planted with trees.
Layout
This absolutely charming 50 sqm apartment has three rooms and can sleep up to four guests.
The entrance gives on a hallway. It first lead to the bathroom that features a walk-in shower and the toilets.
Then you will reach the bedroom. It is small but still comfortable, with a double bed 140x200. You will be able to sleep in the dark thanks to the block out curtains.
The hallway features storage space and wardrobes for your clothes and luggage.
Then you will reach the dining-room with an open fitted kitchen. The dining table can accommodate up to four guests. A sliding door separates this room and the living-room.
The living-room has a sofabed (two sleeps 140x200), a coffee table, a desk and a piece of furniture with flat TV, DVD player and a CD player with a dock for your Ipod.
If you keep the sliding door closed, you will have your privacy as in a bedroom. It will still leave the dining-room and the kitchen accessible for those using the bedroom.
This apartment is comfortable, very quiet and very bright which will be a real pleasure. You will feel very well here, wether you travel alone or with your family.

My stay at the Canal apartment was fantastic. We were four full size adults who stayed in the apartment and it was quite comfortable. It is Strategically located in the center of Paris near trains, Metro, buses, restaurants and the supermarket! I will visit again and stay at the canal apartment.
