Location

At a 5 mn walk from Place de la République and the metro station Jacques Bonsergent, the Paris apartment rental is right in the heart of a friendly, central, trendy and very Parisian district, close to the canal Saint Martin. It only takes 15 mins to get to Le Marais, La Bastille and Les Halles. You will also appreciate that it only takes 2 subway stops to get to Gare du Nord and board a Eurostar to London, or get on a Thalys to Brussels or Amsterdam. You will be shown the true life of a Parisian, just as if you were one!

Standing

The 110 m2 Paris apartment is located in a recently cleaned 17th century building with a lift. It is on a bright 1st floor with windows over a calm street as well as onto a clean paved yard.

Layout

This four room apartment in Paris is warm, comfortable and very well equipped. Between the kitchen and the dining room, the bar offers a mostly appreciated convivial corner. The bathroom is spacious, with a bath equipped with a shower. The toilet is in a separated room. There are two large bedrooms and the two sofa beds in the living room may be convenient for 2 more adults or 2 children. An excellent Paris apartment to rent.

We had a wonderful trip to France recently and our first port of call was Paris. The people at Paris Address were fabulous. We arrived late at night with 3 children at Charles de Gaulle Airport where they had organised for a car to collect us and take us directly to our appartment. This took all the hassle out of trying to find our own way there and we were delighted with this additional service offered to us. The appartment was lovely. It had everything we needed, was close to all services and gave us a special taste of real Parisian living as opposed to a hotel. Paris Address are friendly, trustworthy and very efficient. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a hassle free holiday. Merci

We enjoyed staying in Paris. The rental staff were very organized and promt in meeting our needs. They helped us in ways they didn't need to. The apartment is a much better option for a larger group than a hotel. It had all the commodities one group would need and it was nice to be able to eat in and wash clothes on a long journey.

The apartment was spacious, kitchen and dinning room fine. Unfortunately, bed bugs bit both my son and I in one room, and being above a restaurant, it was a little loud one or two nights.

Want to thank the staff at Paris Address for a wonderful stay (our first)in Paris. The apartment was spacious(esp the living room with the 2 sofa beds). Clean linen/towels were provided; and the location couldn't have been better - with bakery, supermart, fresh meat market and the subway within walking distance.

ParisAddress very helpful at all times. Friendly and responsive to all emails. Location of apartment good. Found it to be safe and quiet. Clean linen and essentials all provided. Apartment itself not too comfortable. Fixtures and furniture a bit fragile for comfort. I would return to ParisAddress but not to this apartment.

The staff of Paris Address really gave us a personal service. We felt very welcome. Appartment was not as luxerous as on the photo, but it was in a great neighbourhood, with nice and fancy restaurants and very close to the metro station. I recommend this appartment.

My family and I stayed at 48, rue Albert Thomas from 9th May to 16th May 2010. The apartment is spacious and has all the essential facilities listed except wireless internet. It is very well situated and within walking distance to 2 Metro stations ( Republic & Jacques Bonsergeant) and a supermarket. It is 10 mins to Gare du Nord station if you arrive by Eurostar. Love the whole vacation in the apartment.

We stayed on this apartment last may for 6 nights. Locations is great, neighbourhood is very safe and plenty of supermarkets, cafes and restaurants around. Easy access just few steps from main metro lines. We were very welcome and fully supported by the paris-apartment team. We can recommend them with no hesitation.

We stayed in at 48 rue Albert Thomas for 5 days in May2011. The apartment location is very good walking to 2 metros. Close to multiple bakeries and groceries. The area is not a touristy location but for a bit lower price it is a good deal. The apartment itself needs updating. The furnishings are bad and old. The second bed is uncomfortable for 2 people. The carpets are dirty. The toilet door was bit broken. The cooking utensils are in bad shape. But we were happy with parisaddress's service. The linens we were provided were very clean. The house had all basic necessities such as soap, detergent, trash bags, fan, iron etc. Also the building seemed same safe.
