Localisation

Located in the centre of Saint Germain des Prés, this apartment is in one of the best places to rent in Paris.

Standing

Very high standing building with an impressive marble entrance just in front the famous Cartier shop.

Layout

This Paris apartment is on the fourth (American way) floor with an elevator. It is laid out with a large entrance giving access to a beautiful living room with a sofa bed, allowing two more people to sleep here. From the living room you have access to an office which has a desk and another sofabed. The bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom is marble and has a bathub. The kitchen is fully equiped with a traditional oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. A beautiful apartment to rent in Paris.

50 Rue de Rennes is in one of the best spots in Paris! The apartment is right near the Metro and wonderful restaurants, shops and brassieries, central to everything and literally across the street from Eglise St. Germain! We could easily walk to everything - right across from the Louvre - and every restaurant we tried was divine in the St. Germain/Latin Quarter, steps away from our front door. Staff was helpful and laid back. Apartment was very charming and comfortable - very spacious, well-stocked for all our needs, and we had no problems with appliances, hot water, etc. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you, Xavier, Jordan & Litsa!!

best company to work with regarding renting apartments in Paris! will continue to use them for many years to come!!! They This apartment was in a safe area, loaded with conviences and contact with company whenever you needed them.They were there to greet you at the apartment and show you everything!The location is the best in Paris as everything was near by you. Almost too good to be true! Made our month in Paris more memorable than ever could have ever imangined!!

We truly enjoyed the apartment on the Rue de Rennes. It was perfectly located within walking distance of all the major sites in Paris. The apartment itself had all the amenities of home, especially the well-equiped kitchen. We were very pleased with everything and hope to come back soon. Thank you Yohan.

I stayed with my 18 months old in this apartment and we loved it. The location is perfect and is much better than a hotel, specially if you're travelling with a group and/or children. The apartment has everything that you need and is very clean. Hope to be back soon!!
