This high value apartment to rent in Paris is located in the heart of Saint-Germain des Prés, which is the living-fashion and artistic centre of Paris. It is one of the most popular, active, and sparkling neighborhoods of central Paris. There are many cafés, restaurants, cinemas, bookstores, and trendy boutiques. It is within walking distance of the Seine, Musée d'Orsay and the Louvres.The closest metro stations are St-Germain-des-Prés, Mabillon and Odéon.
Standing
This Paris apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a high standard building with a lift.
All the windows have double glazing, which means the apartment is very quiet. The windows of the main room open on the St Germain Boulevard and the windows of the bedroom open on Dragon Street.
Layout
This 50sqm apartment rental in Paris is a wonderful place. The entrance opens onto a hallway from where you can access all the rooms.
The lovely bedroom has a queen-sized bed (160x200), a desk and a large closet.
The contemporary bathroom is reachable from the hallway, first door on the right from the entrance door. It has a walk-in shower. Opposite the bathroom, in another room, is the toilet.
The main room is at the end of the corridor. It is divided in two areas : the living-room area and the dining-room area. An elegant piece of wooden furniture divides the room. On the living-room side it has been made to store the king size flat TV screen, so it can be out of sight if you wish.
A comfortable sofabed (with a double bed 140x200) has been installed, which enables two people to sleep. In the living area there is another desk and two couches.
On the dining room side, up to six guests can sit at the dining table. The modern fitted kitchen is open into the main room which makes the whole room airy and friendly. High chairs will enable you to use the bar.
This apartment has an A/C system, which you will greatly appreciate during the summer season.
This is one of the Paris apartments that is perfect for four people. It is well maintained and has been decorated with much taste.

We spent a wonderful week ar rue Dragon. Apartment is very well setup, location is great too. Our only negatives for this apartment ...... You do get street noise from time to time late at night and it is quite expensive for a one bedroom apartment. Despite the above we would be very happy to stay there again. We also used their taxi service which was great after a long flight.Read this comment on Typepad
