For any arrival after 8pm, you shall reserve a taxi via our taxi partner company from your arrival location.
The taxi driver will then have the apartment key with him and will open you the apartment door.

This Paris rental apartment is located two minutes away from Luxembourg Garden, one of the most beautiful of the city, and in the beloved 6th district. The neighbourhood is very safe and quiet, but still close to many high quality shops, restaurants, brasseries, supermarket, open markets etc. You will find everything you need around this apartment to rent in Paris!
You can easily walk to Montparnasse and to St Germain des Pré,s as well as to many other interesting sites.
The closest metro stations to the Paris vacation rental are Vavin, Notre-Dame des Champs and Montparnasse. The RER metro station Port Royal is five minutes away by walk : it will directly lead you to Charles de Gaulle airport.
Standing
Located on the 5th floor of a nice buillding equipped with a lift. The access is secured by a door code and a second gate with an intercom. The main room of the Paris apartment rental leads to a balcony overlooking Brea Street, which is a quiet street.
Layout
This charming 25sqm apartment rental in Paris has a main room, a fitted kitchen a bathroom and separate toilets.
The entrance gives on a small corridor leading to all the rooms.
The main room features a sofabed where two people can sleep (140x200). An elegant folding wooden table has been installed against the wall. You can use it to accommodate two people or you can leave it against the wall if you don't use it.
The windows open on a lovely balcony.
The main room of the short term Paris apartment also features a large built-in wardrobe where you will be able to store your clothes and your luggage.
The bathroom is lovely, featureing a walk-in shower. The toilet is in a separate room, just opposite the bathroom.
The fitted kitchen also has a folding table with two stools that won't take too up much space if you don't use them, as you can leave them agains the wall.
This pied-à-terre will be perfect for a couple or a single person to rent for short or long stays, in a privileged area of Paris, at a fair price.

We had a fabulous stay in the apartment in September 2011. The apartment itself was small but well equipped and perfectly proportioned for us as a couple. The area is great, convenient for shops, restaurants and the marvellous Luxembourg Gardens. Metro and RER stations handy and a brilliant selection of children's clothes shops in the vicinity of the apartment (we've just had a new addition to the family) so we were able to make an early-ish start on our Christmas purchases for the grandchildren.Read this comment on Typepad

I stayed at your Brea apartment in October 2012....and will definitely stay there again the next time I go to Paris! It is a fabulous studio, on a quiet little street only 1 1/2 blocks from the Luxembourg Gardens. It is immaculate and has lovely light, as well as a sofabed that is very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need, and the bathroom has a nice shower and newer tile. The apartment is on the 5th floor with an elevator. Joel, who met with me at the apartment, was very helpful and considerate. I would highly recommend this apartment, and ParisAddress is a great company to rent from. I have used others, but would only use ParisAddress from now on.Read this comment on Typepad
