Location

This apartment rental in Paris is at the border of the 15th and the 7th district. In a very calm street, it enjoys an ideal site. Indeed, it is two steps away of the Champs de Mars and the rue du Commerce (15th district side), well known for its many shops and its "village" atmosphere. The nearest subways are the Motte Picquet Grenelle and Cambrone

Standing

Located on the 3rd floor of a building with a lift, this Paris apartment is bright and very quiet thanks to the double glazed windows.

Layout

This charming 36sqm Paris vacation rental has two separate rooms, one of them is the bedroom.
The entrance hall leads to all the rooms of the apartment. The bedroom has a queen size bed (160x200) and a large closet.
The living-room is just opposite the bedroom. It is bright and the decoration is airy and very relaxing. The sofabed can sleep two more people (140x200). The living-room also features a desk.
The bathroom is between the living-room and the bedroom. It not that spacious but everything is brand new. It features a walk-in shower and the toilet.
The fitted kitchen is open onto the entrance hall but it can be separated from it thanks to a sliding curtain. The kitchen features a high table where you can comfortably sit to have dinner.

This apartment can sleep up to four people. It has been entirely renovated just recently. It is very quiet, perfect for long or shorter stays. In this lively area with many shops around, you will love this peaceful retreat. You have the pleasure of living in a Parisian style but close to many sites such as Eiffel Tower, Invalides,etc.

Our stay in apartment Tiphaine was very comfortable and enjoyable. Won't mind staying here again. It is a decent sized apartment for 4 people to stay in. The overall experience was good.

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment on Rue Tiphaine, it was conveniently located to many amenities including shopping and subway. Space was typical for Paris and confortable for four. Would definately stay here again. J.S. Toronto, Canada.
