Location
This Paris apartment is located on a quiet street, between the 15th and the 7th districts. It is close to the Champs de Mars and the Eiffel Tower on the 7th district side and close to Commerce Street on the 15th side, well known for its many shops and its 'village' spirit. The closest metro stations are Dupleix and La Motte Picquet Grenelle.
Standing
The Paris apartment is located on the 4th floor of a very nice building. The access is secured by a door code.
Layout
This 70sqm apartment rental in Paris has three rooms : the living-room and two bedrooms.
The entrance hall leads to the living-room on your right. It is bright and very pleasant, with a couch, a coffee table and a flat TV screen. A wooden table will accomodate four guests.
From the entrance hall, a corridor to the left leads to the first bedroom. It features a double bed (140x200), a large wardrobe and storage space.
The bathroom is located next to this bedroom. It features a walk-in shower and the toilet.
The second bedroom is located on the back of the corridor, in front of the entrance hall. It features two single beds (90x200) that can be put together to form a double bed (180x200). This bedroom has another door to directly access the living-room.
The fitted kitchen is off the corridor that leads to the second bedroom.
This Paris apartment rental can sleep up to four guests. You will enjoy this typical French style with a wooden floor, moldings and chimneys (only for looking at!) in each room. The Paris apartment is bright, quiet and fairly priced, so you will love it!

Staying at the 6, rue Clodion appartment was a nice experience. the local is charming, has been recently remodelled in a 19th century building. It is well located in an area full of fancy restaurants, traiteurs and it is at less than 500 m. from the Champ de Mars and the Eiffel Tower. i strongly recommend this place,Read this comment on Typepad

This apartment might sleep 4, but is not suitable for 4 adults. The lounge only fits 2 and the kitchen chairs are very uncomfortable, leaving no where to relax. The floorboards creak at every move and the bathroom and shower is very small and not suitable for large adults. Facilities within the apartment are good. Location is OK with good restaurants and Metro nearby, but next time will stay closer to 6th.Read this comment on Typepad
