Location
La Rue Fabert is an exceptional location in Paris, a place where everyone in Paris has always wanted to rent an apartment! It surrounds the Esplanade des Invalides and the environment is luciously green with lovely gardens. It is a prestigious area with the Eiffel Tower nearby and pleasant to live in with the shopping area of the Rue Clerc just 5 minutes walk away. St Germain is less than ten minutes, the Louvre is just on the other side of the Seine and the Champs Elysées is only two or three metro stations away. The closest stations to the Paris rental apartment are Tour-Maubourg and Invalides.
Standing
Good standing modern building. The rental apartment in Paris is on the first floor (one flight of stairs) with an elevator. The view is just amazing over the Dôme des Invalides.
Layout
One of the luxurious Paris apartments to rent that has been newly renovated. It measures 110 m2. A large entrance gives access to the kitchen, which is fully equipped, a toilet and a bedroom with two single beds and its own bathroom with shower and toilet. A folding bed is also available in this bedroom for a child. The lounge / dining room is large with three windows overlooking the Esplanade des invalides. It consists of a large table allowing eight people to enjoy a dinner. A sofabed will allow two additional people to sleep in this Paris apartment. From the living room there is the main bedroom with a double bed (160 * 200) and its own bathroom, which has a bath, separate shower and toilet. In conclusion, it is a really nice apartment that is available to rent in one of the most privileged areas of Paris ... The perfect place to discover Paris.

tout est parfait dans cet appartement.Situation ideale-commerces a 100 metres-luminosite-espace- literie confortable -salles de bains modernes.equipements en tres bon etat. We had marvellous 30 days in Fabert 46. The apartment is very nice, clear, sunny, spacious, new bathrooms and very well equiped kitchen, but... we didn't like the sofa bed. Terribly unconfortable, nobody could sleep there. I hope next year to have a new sofa bed and a telephone in Fabert 46, because I intend stay there again. I had a great experience this time at Fabert 46. I had previously stayed there in january. Loved the apartment, the area where is located and the wonderfull view.
