For any arrival after 8pm, you shall reserve a taxi via our taxi partner company from your arrival location.

The taxi driver will then have the apartment key with him and will open you the apartment door.
This will cost you no extra fees except the taxi fare.

Location

Renting a Paris apartment near the Eiffel Tower is everybody's dream and this rental flat is only two steps away from the world famous landmark. It is located in a very residential district. The nearest subway to the short-term apartment in Paris is the RER Eiffel Tower, Champs of Mars. While crossing the Seine, you are only 5 / 10 minutes by foot away from Trocadero.

Standing

In a modern building of great standing. The Paris apartment has an elevator with a released sight from where you will be able to see the Eiffel Tower. The apartment has a car park and this is included in the price.

Layout

Apartment to rent in Paris of 100 m2 composed of two bedrooms and large living / dining room. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed and the second with two simple beds which cannot be brought closer to form a double bed. The bathroom has a bath-tub. There are two toilets in the apartment. The kitchen area is pleasant and is very well equipped. A great Paris apartment to rent in an ideal location.

Very clean apartment with all the facilities that you would require in Paris. Very convenient for anyone wishing to tour Paris on foot or by the Metro. A large number of restaurants in the area provided a good mix of menus and costs. The Taxi service to and from the airport is a bonus.

A spacious apartment that lived up to all expectations, equipped with everything you might need during you stay. Situated next to supermarkets and bakerys, the Metro, and not to mention the Eiffel tower. You never have to go far for a taxi either.

I really loved this apartment. was very roomy for extended family that we brought with us. Kids were delighted to see the top of the Eiffel Tower sparkle everynight from the aprtment window. Location very convenient for sight-seeing, metro.Markets and other amenities nearby. Has all the little things: iron, washer-dryer, great security system,free parking space, hair dryer,etc. Got a great orientation to the apartment from staff of Parisaddress. Prices great compared to hotels. Only problem was neighborhood noise from nearby hotel at night and some construction during the day, but probably to be expected in a large city. Overall, I rate it very highly and would easily ask for the same apt. again if going back to paris. Enjoy it! Rent it! You wont regret it!

Very spacious. Service was kind and gracious. Very well supplied with towels and linens. Groceries and other basic needs available nearby. Larger market (FranPrix) close to Bir Hakeim station (hint - use the rear exit off the courtyard to cut ~3 blocks off the walk). One sofa had a bum leg, but that should be easily fixed. Bathtub works fine, but if you're not careful with the shower you could get a lot of water on the floor. I had the impression that previous visitors had left things (like guide books, Zagat guide, vases, tea, sugar, etc...) so it felt more like a shared home that was loved by the previous tenants rather than just a room. It was very nice to find those little extras. It was very pleasant to walk around the Champ de Mars and stroll under the Eiffel Tower every morning. Random construction noise started a bit early (~8:30 or so?), but it wasn't constant or too loud. I'd stay here again and recommend the apartment to friends.
