Recommended for short term rental in Paris
Parisaddress has been recommended by several websites and news papers.
TimeOut 2011: “Parisaddress has over 280 apartments for rent in the heart of Paris and offers a friendly reception service - a great alternative to staying in a hotel.”
Buying and renovating small apartments for investment became a cottage industry in Paris long ago. There is a flood of apartments to rent, which keeps the market competitive (an average of 100 to 170 euros a night, or about $135 to $230 at $1.36 to the euro). Apartments can be viewed online and usually rent for a week or more, with cleaning service included depending on the length of the stay. I know a couple who rent a sun-filled, two-bedroom, fifth-floor apartment in the Marais decorated with Indian paintings, Italian prints and Persian kilims for about 1,200 euros a week (agent fee included).....Parisaddress.
We stayed at the ParisAddress apartment on d’ orleans last March. They were fantastic in answering our questions and in communicating in a timely manner. They sent a selection of apartments in price and would recommend what they thought would suit. As this was a special trip we chose the more expensive apartment even though they pointed we were paying significantly more for the view. Everything was easy! From the booking ,payment, meeting us at the apartment to checking out. The apartment was as pictured and very clean! Linens and towels were of good quality and wifi/tv and other amenities worked. It was lovely to look out the window at the Seine…the lights and noise from the boats at night and the 6 am wakeup from the street cleaners coming across the bridge were only part of the experience. Xavier, Axelle and Fabien were great to work with…and we will book with their company again.

I’d also like to say that my family rented an apartment with Paris Address in 2008, and it was a great company to work with. Their description of the place we rented was accurate and everyone I dealt with was very helpful. again. You will find other comments on the following link
