My husband and I stayed in this apartment from 18th September - 7th October, 2011 - 3 glorious weeks! From the start we were very impressed with Paris Address. My initial enquiry was met with a very prompt response. Booking and payment was very easy thanks to an excellent website. We opted to arrive via the very economical Roissybus from the airport and then metro from Opera station. We were met at the apartment by Joel who was very kind and super helpful. He had already realised there was trouble with the internet connection and arranged to have this fixed as soon as possible, and over the next 2 days we were kept well informed of the progress of the repair, which was completed successfully. Joel went through all the instructions for the apartment including heating, washing machine, dishwasher etc. with us, and left his number should we need it. The apartment is adorable! It was very clean and there was plenty of linen and towels for our long stay as well as for our adult daughter who visited for 2 weekends from London. She was very comfortable and cosy in the sofa bed. We found the apartment very spacious for our needs and there was plenty of cupboard and bench space. We loved the Marais location. This particular area is not touristy at all so we really enjoyed it. The metro is a block away, Velib bikes on the corner (what a great way to see Paris!), a supermarket in the next block, streets full of interesting boutiques, and 2 blocks away is the wonderful market street of Rue de Montorgueil stocking such a large range of temptations! With an early morning Sunday arrival it was a relief to find this street alive and kicking until early afternoon so we could buy food supplies in a city where most shops are closed on Sundays. We found the area to be quiet despite the range of bars and clubs in the area. As the apartment overlooks the side street we did not hear any traffic noise from Rue de Sebastopol. We could not have been happier with this apartment and the professionalism of Paris Address, and the friendliness of the French people. When travelling we choose to stay in apartments so we can have more space and experience the local way of life, and that’s just what we got. We dream of returning to this apartment. Merci Paris Address!
From the booking process to key pick-up and communication - Paris Address was exceptional. The apartment was well designed, clean and best of all had every comfort of home. Right down to Nespresso pods and bandages! We have rented apartments through other agencies in the past but find that the level of service (with a charming smile from ‘Joe’) and genuine good will of the staff at ParisAddress is beyond compare. We highly recommend them! Kristen & Andrew on 89 rue de Sevres
My husband and I stayed here for 3 and half weeks. Position is perfect, close to ALL things, shops, monuments and the Metro. Room was small but enough for 2 adults. There is no electric dryer but a clothes airer. Towel warmer was more than enough to warm the studio, but there were two other heaters when needed. We had a problem with no hot water after a few days but this was fixed VERY quickly. All contact and arrangements made with Parisaddress was very smooth and professional and I have no hesitation recommending PA. In Australia we are used to no hidden $, the price given is the $ you pay. Not so in other countries, but with Parisaddress there are not hidden charges, the price is what you pay, makes overseas travel easy to budget for. I researched for 2 years while planning our trip, do your self a favour don’t go past this company, save your self from unexpected charges, their prices are also the best I could find. Will we use them again! YES.
