What are the main differences between renting an apartment in Paris rather staying in an Hotel. ?

Rent a furnished apartment in Paris gives you the opportunity to live like a true Parisian. All our apartments are furnished with linen, crockery, hairdryer, iron, etc ... It is possible to provide a weekly cleaning. Despite more space, an apartment is far more cheaper than an Hôtel in Paris.. A hotel room Category 2 or 3 star hotel in a central district of the capital costs between 200 and 250 Euros. For the same amount of money you can have a 2-rooms apartment of 50 m2, or a two bedroom apartment. In an apartment, you will be able to enjoy cooking and prepare your own dinner at home. Finally, even if the service is not the one you may have in an Hotel, we make our best to assist you during your stay everyday of the week.

How can I be sure to make the right apartment choice ?

To help you in your choice we give you many information such as:

• Many pictures of the apartment : between 20 an 60 pictures by apartment.
• We explain how the apartment is organized and describe the neighborhood.
• You can see exactly where is the apartment on Google map.
• We publish all previous guests testimonials for each apartment. It also can be done directly on our website through Facebook. We have now about 2500 testimonials on our 300 apartments.

What is included in the price you see on Parisaddress website?

The price you see when you search an apartment on our website is what you will have to pay, nothing more.(Internet, water, heating, electricity, local phone call). There is no hidden charge, except an extra charge of 2% will be added to your credit card payment. we also suggest a cancelation insurance (4% of your rental). It maybe mandatory for specific apartment ( included in the website price) or optional. If it is optional, you are able to subscribe to this insurance when you pay the booking deposit online.

How do I get my apartment keys ?

When you arrive, one of checkin agent will be there to welcome you in the apartment you have booked. He will show you how the machines work, and connect your computer to the apartment Internet network. At this stage, you will have to sign the contract and your greeter will give you your keys. If you arrive late, we strongly advice you to book one of our cab in order to avoid the late checkin fees of 75 EUR. The driver will have the keys and let you in.

Am i able to get in my apartment as soon as I arrive in Paris ? ?

If it is possible, you will be able to get in when you arrive in Paris. Nevertheless, if we have a checkout on your arrival date, you won’t be able to get in before 2 pm as we need time to clean and prepare the apartment for you. In worst case scenario, we always try to give you the opportunity to, at least, leave your luggage in the apartment from 10 am. If you plan to arrive very early on the morning, we strongly advice you to book the night before.

At what time do I have to leave the apartment. ?

The official checkout time is 10 am. If you need to leave the apartment laetr, i twill be possible only if we do not have a booking just after you. As for the checkin, we advice you to book the night after to guarantee you a late checkout.

How does the security deposit works ?

We do not ask you to leave us cash for the security deposit. At the checkin, when you sign the contract, you will have to write your credit card information. Nothing will be charged on your card except in case of damage in the apartment you would be responible for. If there is no damage, which is the case in 99% of the time, your credit card information will be immediatly destroyed.

What do I have to bring in my suitcase ?

All our apartments are furnished with linens, towels, kitchen towels,….. you will also find hair dryer, iron and iron board, coffee maker,…In other terms, you just have to bring your personal clothes. Do not forget to take a larger suitcase as I’m sure you will bring back with you many other french style clothes !
