To confirm your apartment in Paris, we invite you to follow the process as explained below:

1- Input your booking number and make the payment of the booking deposit to confirm your apartment in Paris.
2- Once you have paid, you will receive an email to give us your arrival details in Paris: Airport/Train station; Flight/Train number, Arrival Time...
3- The Balance of your apartment has to be paid two weeks before your arrival if you want to pay by credit card or in Cash, at the check-in, when you are in Paris.
4- A member of Paris Address will welcome you at the apartment to give you the keys and show you the apartment. You will receive, before your arrival, the name and the phone number of the person who will be waiting for you at the apartment. Please try to call the person when you are ready to leave the airport (or train station).
5- A contact list will be given to you at the apartment. In case of emergency you can always call us, we will be there to help you.
