Is your apartment suitable for seasonal letting?
The geographical location of your apartment.
This is one of the most important criteria. Although all parts of Paris have their own special charm, foreigners visiting Paris prefer to stay in the city centre, in the first seven arondissements, which are more attractive to tourists than the others. However, we also manage apartments in less central districts, and these work well.
The area of your apartment.
we only accept apartments with an area greater than 25 m2. About 50% of our lettings are one bedroom apartments. Larger apartments (2 or 3 bedrooms) generally have a good occupancy rate because demand is higher than availability for this type of apartment. Economically, the choice between a hotel and an apartment for a family wishing to spend a week in Paris is obvious.
The layout and decor of your apartment.
Obviously, the better decorated your apartment the easier it will be to let. We get many reservation requests for bright, simply but warmly decorated apartments that look comfortable. Preparing your apartment is not necessarily costly but it is vital. Clients will only judge your apartment on our photos. We take a lot of photos for each apartment so as to present it as objectively as possible and to avoid any misunderstanding when tenants arrive.
It is also important that there is consistency between the area, the number of rooms and the number of beds. For a two-room apartment, we recommend equipping the main room with a convertible sofa, to offer one or two additional beds. The quality-price ratio will be better.
Your apartment’s equipment.
The more electrical equipment in your apartment, the easier it will be to let. Given the high turnover of tenants, you should buy good quality equipment. Internet and TV with multiple foreign channels is really indispensable. With most Internet deals, you can have the telephone included. Some providers offer advantageous deals where international calls are free.
