All our apartments for rent are fully equipped (see General Conditions), and retain their particular charm: such as original wooden beams or original stones or art-deco style. Our objective is to ensure that you enjoy a memorable stay in Paris, with all the comfort you need. This is why we insist on meeting you personally at your rented apartment and remain available in case you need any extra information during your whole stay.

All our apartments are provided with:

• Sheets, towels and linens.
• Hairdryer.
• Iron (with table).
• Fans if not air-conditioned apartment (in summer).
• Minimum packages: garbage bags, toilet paper, washing machine products, coffee filter, .......

Thus the quality of the supplies do not depend on the owner of the apartment, but is the same whatever the flat.

4- 4 - Price transparency: prices published on our website include all charges, there is no additional hidden cost. Our prices include:

• electricity, gas
• phone (local calls only, international calls depending on the Internet provider of the flat),

• apartment insurance

Our prices depend on:

• The duration of your stay: the longer you stay the less you pay per night.
• Seasons: Our prices are lower in low season.

Our prices do not depend on:

• The number of people in the apartment, but it is mandatory to respect the maximum number of tenants indicated in the detail of each apartment.

6 - A service during your stay: a greeter will meet you at your arrival in Paris and explain you the apartment. In case of any problem, an emergency number will be provided on which you can reach someone to assist you throughout your stay.
